1钇稳定四方氧化锆精细陶瓷老化性能检测方法的研究显示文摘钇稳定四方氧化锆(Y-TZP)精细陶瓷依靠钇掺杂来稳定四方相结构,在实际应用中,特别是在潮湿环境1000℃以上的中低温区,长期使用时由于发生四方相向单斜相的转变,而表现出老化现象。因此Y-TZP这类重要精细陶瓷的可靠性及失效分析的关键是其低温老化性能的检测和分析。在对Y-TZP老化性能研究中,通过设定温度、时间、气氛等参数,对氧化锆陶瓷样品进行老化实验。然后通过实验前后对样品称重,X射线粉末衍射仪进行物相分析等手段,对老化样品进行分析,从而了解在老化条件下对氧化锆陶瓷材料的样品表面相结构影响,分析氧化锆陶瓷材料的老化机理。通过多种检测分析方法的对比研究,确定XRD相定量分析是一种可靠、可行、高效、准确的Y-TZP老化性能检测分析手段。吴皓 蒋丹宇 张骋 李强 2010硅酸盐通报2010,29,3:10
2Mechanical behaviors of alumina ceramics doped with rare-earth oxides显示文摘The effects of three types of additives Y2O3,La2O3,and Sm2O3 on the sintering and mechanical behaviors of alumina ceramics were investigated.The bending strengths of alumina ceramics with Sm2O3 and Y2O3 additions were 455 and 439 MPa,respectively,higher than that with La2O3 addition.The fracture toughness of the ceramics with Sm2O3 and Y2O3 were also higher than that with La2O3 addition.The fracture mode of rare earth oxides doped alumina ceramics exhibited obvious transgranular fractures as well as intergranular fracture.The results of research show that the improvement of bending strength and fracture toughness of alumina ceramics with rare earth oxides was achieved by refining the grain size and strengthening the grain boundary.YAO Yijun LI Chuncheng WANG Ling JIANG Xiaolong QIU Tai 2010Rare Metals2010,29,5:8

42种Y-TZP/Al_2O_3陶瓷材料的结构和磨料磨损性能比较研究显示文摘基于化学共沉淀法和机械混合法2种引入Y2O3的不同方式,通过等静压成型和常压高温烧结制备了2种Al2O3增强Y-TZP陶瓷材料(Y-TZP/Al2O3);用X射衍射仪分析了2种材料的物相组成;对比考察了2种陶瓷材料试样的磨料磨损性能,并用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了2种材料试样的磨损表面形貌.结果表明:基于化学共沉淀法引入Y2O3制备的陶瓷材料的结构均匀、晶粒细小,且耐磨性较好;当2种Y-TZP/Al2O3陶瓷材料的HV和KIC相近时,其磨料磨损性能明显同其晶粒尺寸和微结构相关;2种材料的磨料磨损机理亦存在明显差异,基于化学共沉淀法引入Y2O3而制备的Y-TZP/Al2O3陶瓷材料主要呈现微裂纹和微犁削特征,基于机械混合法引入Y2O3而制备的Y-TZP/Al2O3陶瓷材料主要呈脆性断裂特征.梁小平 杨正方 李金有 袁启明 刘志锋 刘家臣 高海 2003摩擦学学报2003,23,4:2
5Influence of t-ZrO_2 addition on mechanical property and electrical conductivity of YSZ electrolyte显示文摘8YSZ material that has high electrical conductivity is widely used as electrolytes for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs). But its low strength and low fracture toughness hampered the development of SOFCs. In order to find a best method to improve the capability of YSZ electrolyte, the effects of 3Y-TZP additive on the density, strength, conductivity and microstructure were studied by means of X-ray diffraction and Vicker′s hardness apparatus. The strength and conductivity of YSZ electrolyte doped with different amounts of 3Y-TZP were determined. It is shown that the samples sintered at 1450 ℃ for 2 h are the best in properties. When 3Y-TZP powders are added to the YSZ system, the results demonstrate that strength of the electrolyte increases remarkably, and the fracture toughness is improved. The electrical conductivity is lowered only slightly. 6pH对水基氧化铝/莫来石胶体系统流变性能的影响显示文摘研究了不同pH值条件下,水基氧化铝/莫来石二元悬浮液的胶体稳定性。实验表明:在剪切速率(0~300s-1)范围内,当pH值在3.0~10.0区间内,氧化铝/莫来石二元悬浮液的粘度处于两种单一体系的粘度之间,所不同的是,pH处于6.0之前,氧化铝为分散相;pH在6.0之后,莫来石为分散相。pH大于10.0,两种分散相混合后,二元体系的粘度处于最低。此外,实验发现:当pH在3.0~6.0时,氧化铝和莫来石单一悬浮液带相反电荷(氧化铝zeta电位为正,莫来石zeta电位为负),按质量比1∶1混合后二元体系中没有发现强烈的絮凝现象。不同固含量和离子强度对上述趋势基本没有影响。陈娇娇 殷俊 张小庆 陈涵 郭露村 2014中国陶瓷2014,50,6:1
7添加3Y-TZP对8YSZ电解质材料的力学和电学性能的影响显示文摘采用机械混合方法,在8YSZ电解质材料中添加3Y-TZP,目的是在满足YSZ电解质电学性能要求的前提下,提高材料的力学性能。试样在常压下烧结,通过弯曲强度?断裂韧性?电导率测定和相组成分析,讨论了3Y-TZP添加量的影响。实验结果表明:加入3Y-TZP能显著提高陶瓷体的力学性能,弯曲强度和断裂韧性随着添加量的增多而提高;电学性能在0~30%(质量百分比,下同)的添加量时下降很小。添加30%3Y-TZP的电解质材料在1000℃电导率为0.11S/cm,强度接近300MPa,综合效果最好。江虹 郭瑞松 李海龙 2009硅酸盐通报2009,28,5:0

10Influence of Y_2O_3 Adding Method on Microstructure and Properties of Al_2O_3 Strengthened Y-TZP显示文摘The effects of Y2O3 adding methods (i.e.,co-precipitated and mixed) on the microstructure and properties of alumina-strengthened ytrria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal (ASZ) were investigated. CYASZ and MYASZ were made by different adding method of Y2O3,co-precipitated and mixed,respectively. The results show that CYASZ is of uniform microstructure with fine grain size,however,MYASZ is of inhomogeneous microstructure due to the inhomogeneous distribution of ytrria. Comparing with CYASZ,the density and the strength of MYASZ are decreased,but the toughness is changed only a little.
