1微波加热对地聚物砂浆力学强度的影响显示文摘目的探讨微波加热工艺在混凝土快速养护工艺中的应用效果,探寻适用于地聚物混凝土的快速养护方法及其可靠工艺参数.方法采用水玻璃、粉煤灰、石英砂、水为主要原料配制地聚物砂浆,成型后坯体置于微波装置中加热固化处理,分析表征试样的微观结构和力学强度.结果微波加热条件下,试样的力学强度增长迅速,10 min左右微波处理即可达到甚至超过标准养护28 d的强度,但长时间微波加热导致试样力学强度降低甚至结构开裂;试样最大强度随微波功率的提高而有所增大,相应微波加热时间则有所缩短;在自然干燥状态下,微波加热后地聚物砂浆试样可长期保持强度稳定.结论适当管理的微波加热工艺可作为一种简便的混凝土快速养护方法,适用于地聚物混凝土等结构表面的快速硬化工程等,但过度地微波处理如功率过大或处理时间过长,对砂浆强度不利.佟钰 夏枫 张婷 王利坤 谢巧玲 2015沈阳建筑大学学报(自然科学版)2015,31,2:7
2Influence of nickel addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al2O3–5vol%ZrO2 ceramic composites prepared via precipitation method显示文摘The aim of this work was to investigate the microstructure and mechanical properties of 1vol%-Ni-added yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) toughened alumina composites. First, Ni powders were heterogeneously precipitated in an alumina–zirconia powder mixture suspended in water;the prepared specimens were then pressureless sintered at 1550°C/2 h in a 90vol%Ar/10vol% H2 atmosphere. The structure of phases and microstructure of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. Mechanical characterization of the specimens was carried out through Vickers hardness, Vickers indentation toughness, and three-point flexural bending tests. The fine Ni particles were homogeneously dispersed throughout the alumina matrix because of the employed processing method.
