| 1 | 532例胃癌切除术后患者预后的多因素分析显示文摘目的分析影响胃癌切除术后的预后因素。方法对行胃癌切除术532例患者进行完整随访,对其临床病理学特征及术后辅助化疗等进行统计分析。结果 532例胃癌患者中存活275例,死亡257例,术后1、3、5年总体累积生存率为77%、52%、41%。其中单因素分析有意义的因子是肿瘤的部位、大小、大体类型、Lauren组织学分型、浸润的深度、区域淋巴结转移的数目、肿瘤的远处转移及TNM分期;多因素分析有意义的因子为肿瘤的大体类型、辅助化疗、浸润深度、区域淋巴结转移数目、远处转移及TNM分期(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤的大体类型、辅助化疗、浸润深度、区域淋巴结转移数目、远处转移及TNM分期是影响胃癌患者预后独立的因素,并为胃癌患者预后的判断及选择适宜的治疗方案提供有力依据。 | 曾丽霞 马韵 龙喜带 | 2015 | 中国老年学杂志2015,35,6: | 16 |
| 2 | 不同病理类型进展期胃癌的预后因素分析显示文摘目的探讨不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者的临床病理特征及预后因素。方法回顾性分析2011年间在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院行胃癌根治术的98例进展期胃癌患者的临床病理资料,其中胃腺癌53例,胃黏液腺癌30例,胃印戒细胞癌15例,比较不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者的临床病理特征及预后的差异。结果 (1)3种不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者的性别、年龄、神经侵犯及分化程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而其肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置、手术根治类型、区域淋巴结转移、淋巴管癌栓、侵犯深度及p TNM分期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)单因素分析结果显示,胃腺癌患者的预后与肿瘤直径、肿瘤位置、手术根治类型、区域淋巴结转移、侵犯深度及p TNM分期有关(P<0.05),胃黏液腺癌患者的预后与手术根治类型、区域淋巴结转移及p TNM分期有关(P<0.05),胃印戒细胞癌患者的预后与区域淋巴结转移、侵犯深度及p TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。(3)将与3种不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者预后有关的因素进一步行Cox多因素分析,结果显示,肿瘤位置(P=0.016)、区域淋巴结转移(P=0.042)、侵犯深度(P=0.021)及p TNM分期(P=0.009)是影响胃腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素,区域淋巴结转移是影响胃黏液腺癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P=0.000),肿瘤侵犯深度(P=0.032)及区域淋巴结转移(P=0.002)是影响胃印戒细胞癌患者预后的独立危险因素。(4)随访时间60个月,胃腺癌患者的中位随访时间为32个月,胃黏液腺癌患者为43个月,胃印戒细胞癌患者为23个月,5年累积生存率胃腺癌患者为30.2%,胃黏液腺癌患者为23.3%,胃印戒细胞癌患者为26.7%。三者生存曲线比较差异无统计学(P=0.131)。结论不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者的临床病理特征有一定的差异,从而影响其预后的因素也不同,但是区域淋巴结转移是影响3种不同病理类型进展期胃癌患者的共同预后因素。 | 朱信强 张明 丁闯 孔令永 陈焰 管文贤 | 2017 | 中国普外基础与临床杂志2017,24,5: | 15 |
| 3 | Increased expression of DLX2 correlates with advanced stage of gastric adenocarcinoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate the expression of distal-less homeobox 2 (DLX2) in gastric adenocarcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. METHODS:Gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were obtained from gastrectomy specimens of 129 patients from the Department of Surgery and Pathology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Sixty cases of normal gastric tissues were collected from gastrectomy specimens of adjacent gastric cancer margins greater than 5 cm. Patient diagnosis was established pathologically, and no patient had received chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery. All tissue specimens were formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded. Immunohistochemistry was carried out to investigate the expression of DLX2 in 129 gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 60 adjacent normal tissues. The immunos-taining reaction was semiquantitatively evaluated based on the proportion of positive cells and the median staining intensity in normal gastric epithelial cells or tumor cells. All patients had follow-up records for more than 5 years. Correlations of DLX2 expression with clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma were analyzed. All statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS 17.0 software. RESULTS:The positive expression of DLX2 was detected in 68 (52.7%) cases of 129 gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 14 (23.3%) cases of 60 adjacent normal tissues. The difference in DLX2 expression between gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues was statistically significant (Ⅹ2 = 14.391, P < 0.001). Moreover, high expression of DLX2 was detected in 48 (37.2%) cases of 129 human gastric cancer tissues, but not in adjacent normal tissues. The expression of DLX2 correlated with the size of tumor (P = 0.001), depth of invasion (P = 0.008), lymph node metastasis (P = 0.023) and tumor-node-metastasis stages (P = 0.020), but was not correlated with age, gender, histological differentiation and distant metastasis. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that survival time of patients with high DLX2 expression was significantly shorter than that with low DLX2 expression. However, the multivariate analysis showed that invasion depth (P < 0.001), lymph nodes metastasis (P = 0.001) and distant metastasis (P < 0.001) were independent prognostic factors for patients with gastric adenocarcinoma, but DLX2 expression, tumor location and tumor size were not. | 4 | POPDC2在肺癌中的功能探究显示文摘为揭示POPDC2与肺癌发生之间的关系,先利用癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库分析POPDC2在肺腺癌(lung adenocarcinoma,LUAD)和肺鳞状细胞癌(pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma,LUSC)中的表达情况,再使用实验室早期构建的pCMV-Tag2B-POPDC2质粒,在人类肺腺癌肺泡基底上皮细胞A549细胞系中过表达POPDC2,采用流式细胞检测细胞凋亡水平,并通过免疫印迹检测POPDC2对细胞凋亡和MAPK信号通路相关基因表达水平的影响。结果显示,POPDC2在癌组织的mRNA表达显著降低,POPDC2过表达显著增加A549细胞的凋亡百分比,凋亡相关基因p53和自噬相关基因beclin1和LC3A/B的蛋白水平表达上调。信号通路检测分析发现,过表达POPDC2的A549细胞中,P38和JNK的蛋白磷酸化水平升高。结果提示POPDC2具有促进肺癌细胞凋亡的功能,POPDC2在肺癌中的表达下降说明其可能参与肺癌的发生。本研究为临床诊断和干预肺癌的发生提供了新的分子靶标。 | 梁积峰 温瑶 杨博宇 林礼 范雄伟 张凯 李芳 | 2021 | 湖南师范大学自然科学学报2021,44,5: | 1 |
