| 2 | Contamination by persistent toxic substances in surface sediment of urban rivers in Chaohu City, China显示文摘The concentration and spatial distribution of persistent toxic substances (PTS) in the river sediment in Chaohu City, China were investigated. A total of nine surface sediments were collected and the selected PTS pollutants including six heavy metals and nineteen polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) were analyzed. The mean heavy metal concentrations (in mg/kg, dry weight) ranged within 0.18-1.53 (Hg), 50.08-200.18 (Cu), 118.70-313.65 (Zn), 50.77-310.85 (Cr), 37.12-92.72 (Pb) and 13.29-197.24 (As), and Cu, Zn and As have been regarded as the main metal pollutants. The levels of PBDEs (1.2-12.1 ng/g) and BDE-209 (2.4-30.5 ng/g) were at the middle level of the global range. BDE-209 was the predominant congener (67.0%-85.7%), which agrees with the fact that technical deca-BDE mixtures are the dominant PBDE formulation in China. The relative high level of PTS pollutants in the western part of the city is probably owing to the intensive agricultural activities and lack of sewerage system there. The ecological risk assessment with the sediment quality guidelines (SOGs) indicates that the urban river sediments in the city have been heavily contaminated by heavy metals with probable ecotoxicological impacts on freshwater organisms and the main toxic pollutants are Hg and As. | 3 | Polybrominated diphenyl ethers in soil from three typical industrial areas in Beijing, China显示文摘Areas containing industrial facilities belonging to three diferent typical industries that may cause pollution by polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) in Beijing, China were investigated. Specifically, the areas contained a solid waste incineration plant, a chemical factory, and a heat and power plant. Investigation of the pollution status of PBDEs in the surface soil from areas around these industries revealed the highest concentration of 42 PBDE congeners(118 ng/g, dry mass) at the solid waste incineration plant. In the other two plants, the highest concentrations were both 26 ng/g(dry mass). Among the PBDE homologues, the PBDE contamination at all sites showed similar congener compositions, with BDE 209 being the dominant congener. Our findings established the first contamination status of three typical industrial areas in Beijing. Furthermore, the total concentrations of 42 PBDE congeners tended to decrease as the distance from the investigated plants increased. Overall, these plants were identified as potential pollution sources of PBDEs in Beijing. Moreover, Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the major PBDE source in Beijing may be associated with the technical deca-BDE and penta-BDE mixture. | 7 | 泉州山美水库及入库河流沉积物中多溴二苯醚的时空分异和降解分析显示文摘为了解城市水源水库中多溴二苯醚(PBDEs)的时空分异和同系物的降解来源及其贡献,分析了泉州山美水库及入库河流表层沉积物中PBDEs的含量、污染程度、空间分布、水文期变化、赋存量、同系物组成及其降解来源的贡献.结果表明,入库河流沉积物中∑PBDEs中值(1072.1 ng·g^-1)是山美水库(160.4 ng·g^-1)的6.7倍,山美水库单位面积沉积物中∑PBDEs的赋存量(80.3 kg·km^-2)是太湖的6.3倍,北美五大湖的188倍,其污染程度较国内外大多数湖库更严重,且以BDE-209为主(84.5%~99.2%).水库大多数样点(r为0.564~0.994,P<0.034)及河流各点(r为0.953~1.0,P<0.000)间PBDEs组成相似度较高,入库区和入库河流样点间极显著正相关(r为0.779~0.964,P<0.005)且相关性强于其他功能区,显示入库河流是水库中PBDEs的主污染源.库尾区与入库河流相关性较低(r为0.454~0.915,P≤0.128),受九都镇影响较大.各样点∑PBDEs水文期变化较一致(r为0.617~0.714,P≤0.077),但水文期变化对∑PBDEs的影响统计不显著(P=0.178,Two-Way ANOVA),而点位变化则对∑PBDEs有极显著影响(P=0.0001),入库区和其他功能区有(近)显著差异(P为0.019~0.061),表明PBDEs在水库沉积物中的空间分布变异大于水文期变化.PBDEs自然降解从河流到入库区再到库中区逐渐增加,且各级还原脱溴速率不同,部分BDE因其继续降解速率较慢而累积.丰度比值法研究表明,低溴BDE主要源自十溴二苯醚的逐级还原脱溴自然降解.Deca-BDE降解产生的Nona-BDE约70%以上可较快降解生成Octa-BDE,BDE-208约85%源自BDE-209的降解,从Octa-BDE到Penta-BDE的降解过程中,部分Octa-BDE和Hexa-BDE同系物因降解较慢而累积,Penta-BDE到Tri-BDE降解率在70%以上. | 韩文亮 刘豫 冯凯文 | 2020 | 环境科学2020,41,10: | 4 |
| 8 | Profiling kidney microRNAs from juvenile grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella) after 56 days of oral exposure to decabromodiphenyl ethane显示文摘Grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella) is one of the most important species in China.Decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE) is a brominated flame retardant that has been used widely in industry, and has been observed to accumulate in the tissues of fish from South China. Evidence has shown that DBDPE is toxic to aquatic animals, but the molecular response has been unclear. MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are small noncoding and negative regulatory RNAs that are 20–24 nucleotides in length, which are involved in a wide range of biological processes. We took advantage of deep-sequencing techniques to accurately and comprehensively profile the kidney mi RNA expression of grass carp after 8 weeks of oral exposure to DBDPE. After mapping sequencing data to the genome and Expressed Sequence Tags(ESTs) of grass carp, we identified 493 miRNAs in the sequenced grass carp samples, which included 51 new miRNAs. The results indicated that 5 miRNAs were significantly down-regulated and 36 miRNAs were significantly up-regulated(FDR < 0.001,1.5-fold change) after DBDPE exposure. Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR) was performed on 4 miRNAs from the two samples, and the sequencing and RT-q PCR data were consistent. | 11 | 基于马尔可夫过程的湖泊生态需水保障不确定性研究显示文摘湖泊生态需水对维持其基本生态功能具有重要作用,保障生态需水已成为湖泊生态保护的重要组成部分。目前湖泊生态需水的保障方法都是在同一时间尺度下维持一个确定的水量,但湖泊水位是一个随机过程,其生态状况与湖泊水位波动密切相关,随着水位波动,湖泊生态系统的结构和功能在不断变化,导致其生态需水量也发生变化,只确定一个生态水量,不足以应对湖泊生态需水量未来可能出现的各种情况,也无法应对未来生态需水保障的不确定性,亟需对湖泊生态需水进行不确定性研究,以保障不同时期的生态需水量。以白洋淀为例,将其水位划分为5个区间,代表5个水位时期,再分析各时期的生态环境状况,得出每个时期有利于湖泊生物多样性的生态需水量。结果表明,白洋淀在枯水期、偏枯期、平水期、偏丰期、丰水期的生态水位分别为6.347、6.681、7.276、8.617、9.177 m。根据马尔可夫过程,利用改进加权马尔可夫链模型,计算出未来湖泊水位处于各个时期的概率,从而确定湖泊生态需水量的保障程度,并对未来生态需水保障情况进行预测。 | 何山 尹心安 李浩 张恩泽 | 2020 | 水生态学杂志2020,41,5: | 2 |

| 13 | Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers in Surface Sediment from Songhua River Basin,Northeast of China显示文摘Sixty sediment samples were collected from the main Songhua River in three years. Twelve polybrominated diphenyl ether( PBDE) congeners( BDE17,28,47,66,99,100,153,154,138,183,and BDE-209) were detected to state the pollution situation. The results showed that the total concentration of total PBDEs ranges from 0. 424 to 23. 0 ng / g dry weight,with the mean of 3. 02 ng / g,and the total PBDEs concentration is at relative low level compared with those worldwide. The congener profile showed that BDE-209 is the dominant congener that accounts for more than 80. 1% of total PBDEs in sediments,followed by BDE-47 and BDE-99. These profiles are consistent with a high consumption of Deca-BDEs for the brominated flame retardant market in China. The results of spatial and seasonal observations indicated that local sources,temperature variation, and hydrologic conditions are significant factors on PBDEs concentrations.
