| 1 | 因宁片对甲亢性肝损害模型大鼠肝功能和氧化应激的影响显示文摘目的:研究因宁片对甲状腺激素诱发大鼠甲亢性肝损害的肝功能和氧化应激的影响。方法:SD大鼠给予L-甲状腺素钠灌胃30 d,制备甲亢性肝损害模型。大鼠造模后给予因宁片低、中、高剂量或甲亢灵灌胃治疗30 d后,处死收集血样和肝组织,采用放射免疫法测定血清T3、T4含量,全自动生化仪检测AST、ALT水平,比色法测定肝组织匀浆SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、CAT、GSH值。结果:因宁片可以明显降低L-甲状腺素钠引起的大鼠血清甲状腺激素水平(T3、T4)升高,纠正肝功能(AST、ALT)异常,降低肝脏MDA含量,提高SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性,升高GSH水平。结论:因宁片对甲状腺激素诱发的大鼠甲亢性肝损害有明显保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低甲状腺激素水平及抑制肝脏氧化应激有关。 | 周静 王成蹊 侯连兵 | 2011 | 中药材2011,34,2: | 14 |
| 2 | 当归多糖对Graves病模型大鼠肝脏保护作用研究显示文摘目的:通过观察当归多糖对Graves病模型大鼠肝功能的保护作用,探讨其在瘿病治疗方中的配伍作用。方法:用左甲状腺素钠片对SD雌性大鼠连续灌胃给药4周后,制备Graves病肝损害模型,水提醇沉、Sevag法提取精制当归多糖,以高、中、低三个多糖剂量组灌胃治疗4周后,检测血清转氨酶水平、肝脏氧化应激参数的变化。结果:当归多糖高、中、低剂量组均有明显的肝保护作用,各项指标均高于模型组(P<0.01),尤以高剂量组明显。结论:当归多糖具有提高Graves病大鼠肝抗氧化酶活力、改善血清转氨酶水平、保护肝功能的作用。 | 李伟 王加志 李健民 张宁 | 2012 | 中医药学报2012,40,5: | 10 |
| 3 | 肠易激综合征患者神经内分泌轴功能和血糖变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性研究显示文摘目的探讨肠易激综合征(IBS)患者神经内分泌轴功能和血糖水平变化及其与IBS病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年5月该院消化内科门诊IBS患者98例为研究对象,79例健康者为对照。在24 h中3个时间点(8:00、16:00及24:00)采用化学发光法检测受试者促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平,放射免疫分析法检测皮质醇(COR)水平。采用化学发光法测定受试者甲状腺激素水平,己糖激酶法测定空腹血糖水平,肠易激综合征症状严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)评估患者临床症状。结果与对照组比较,IBS患者8:00血清ACTH水平明显降低[(19.09±8.72)pg/mL vs.(14.65±8.47)pg/mL,P=0.001],24:00血清ACTH水平明显升高[(6.99±4.00)pg/mL vs.(10.23±3.67)pg/mL,P<0.001];IBS患者16:00 COR水平明显升高[(152.88±22.07)ng/mL vs.(188.64±52.91)ng/mL,P=0.002]。IBS患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平亦明显升高[(4.86±0.59)pmol/L vs.(5.14±0.57)pmol/L,P=0.007],游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平明显降低[(11.99±1.63)pmol/L vs.(11.06±1.41)pmol/L,P=0.001],总的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)水平明显升高[(1.56±0.21)nmol/L vs.(1.70±0.29)nmol/L,P=0.006]。IBS患者24:00的ACTH水平与腹痛程度呈负相关(r=-0.308,P=0.035)。IBS患者空腹血糖水平与当天腹胀不适程度、肠道症状对生活的困扰、IBS-SSS总分呈正相关(r=0.335、0.239、0.218,P<0.05)。结论IBS患者存在下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴(HPT轴)功能及其节律紊乱,且与IBS-SSS存在一定程度的相关性。 | 曾玮玮 王彦钧 王静 陈东风 杨敏 | 2022 | 重庆医学2022,51,2: | 4 |
| 4 | Esophageal obstruction due to enteral feed bezoar:A case report and literature review显示文摘This paper describes a rare complication of enteral feeding,esophageal obstruction due to feeding formula bezoar,and reviews the published cases. An attempt to re-insert the nasogastric tube in a chronically ventilated 80-year-old female fed via a nasogastric tube with Jevity failed. An esophagogastroduodenoscopy revealed an 18 cm-long concretion of the feeding formula,fi-lling most of the esophageal lumen,which was removed endo scopically. Forty-two cases of feeding formula esophageal bezoars have been reported in the literature. The formation of feeding formula bezoars is triggered by acidic gastroesophageal reflux. The acidic pH in the esophagus causes clotting of the casein in the formula. Predisposing factors for bezoar formation are:mechanical ventilation,supine position,neurological diseases,diabetes mellitus,hypothyroidism,obesity and history of partial gastrectomy. Diagnosis and removal of the bezoar is done endoscopically. | 9 | Reduction of gastrointestinal motility by unilateral thyroparathyroidectomy plus subdiaphragmatic vagotomy in rats显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether the combined methods of unilateral thyroparathyroidectomy (TPX) and subdiaphragmatic vagotomy (VAX) can be adapted for rats and used as a reliable method to produce a rat model of long-term reduction of gastrointestinal (GI) motor function. METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, normal, sham-operated and unilateral TPX plus VAX. The TPX plus VAX rats received VAX 7 d after application of TPX, and dietary intake and fecal output were then measured daily for 1 wk.After completion of the experiments, gastric emptying and small bowel transit were measured in vivo, and the contractile responses of colonic strips to excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters were estimated using isometric force transducers in vitro. RESULTS: In comparison with normal and sham-operated rats, rats which received unilateral TPX plus VAX showed a significant decrease in body weight and in fecal pellet number and weight throughout the entire week. Application of TPX plus VAX to rats markedly delayed gastric emptying and small bowel transit. In TPX plus VAX rats, the longitudinal muscles of the proximal colon showed a significant reduction in contractile responses to acetylcholine (5 × 10-6 mol/L), and a dramatic attenuation of contractile responses was also observed in both the longitudinal and circular muscles of the distal colon. However, the spontaneous contractility of the colonic strips from TPX plus VAX rats was not significantly affected by treatment with N-nitro-Larginine-methyl ester (0.1 mol/L).
