| 1 | Nano-preparation promoting effectively luminescent properties of one-dimensional rare earth oxides显示文摘Rare earth (La,Nd and Tb) oxides with one-dimensional micro/nanostructures were synthesized hydrothermally under facile and mild conditions with two surfactants, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetry (TG), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence. The results showed that the synthesized rare earth oxides behaved regular nano-and micro-scale structures. And the morphologies of samples depended on the radii of rare earth ions, with the help of two surfactants of sodium dodecyl sulfonic and PEG 600. Nanocrystalline La2O3:Eu3+ possessed good photoluminescence (PL) property and might be used as a nanosized phosphor, its PL intensity was altered by the doping Eu3+ concentration and the optimum concentration of Eu3+ was 3 mol.%. In comparison with bulk Eu3+/La2O3, Eu3+/nano-La2O3 showed better photoluminescence property, nearly equal to that of nanocrtstal-line La2O3:Eu3+. | 2 | 白光LED用LaPO_4:Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉的合成与表征显示文摘利用水热法制备了性能稳定的红色荧光粉LaPO4:Eu3+,同时研究了不同的Eu3+浓度、煅烧温度对荧光粉发光性能的影响.通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)来表征荧光粉的晶体结构和颗粒大小及形貌;用激发光谱和发射光谱以及荧光衰减曲线来表征荧光粉的荧光性能.结果表明:未煅烧时前躯体主要是六方晶相LaPO4·0.5H2O,煅烧温度在900℃时,所制备样品为单斜相LaPO4:Eu3+;SEM图像显示5 at.%Eu3+掺杂LaPO4呈椭球形,颗粒长约为500 nm,宽约为300 nm.最大发射波长和激发波长分别为592 nm和393 nm,发射光谱中592 nm和612 nm的发射峰对应的是Eu3+离子的5D0→7F1和5D0→7F2跃迁.其荧光寿命为3.32 ms. | 廖金生 周单 杨斌 张骞 周全惠 武淑珍 | 2012 | 有色金属科学与工程2012,3,4: | 4 |
| 3 | Structural and luminescence studies of europium ions in lithium aluminium borophosphate glasses显示文摘Eu3+ doped borophosphate glasses with the chemical composition 20Li2O-30Al2O3-10B2O3-40P2O5-xEu2O3(where x=0.05 mol.%, 0.1 mol.%, 1.0 mol.%, 1.5 mol.% and 2.0 mol.%) were prepared by conventional melt quenching technique. The structural and luminescence properties of the prepared Eu3+ doped borophosphate glasses were studied and compared with reported results. The XRD pattern showed the amorphous nature of the prepared glasses. Whereas, the FTIR spectra revealed the vibrational modes in the prepared glasses. The bonding parameters( β and ?) were calculated through the excitation spectra. Judd–Ofelt(J–O) intensity parameters were calculated from the emission spectra and were used to determine transition probability(A), stimulated emission cross-section(σE P), radiative lifetime(τR) and branching ratios(βexp) for the transition 5D0→7Fj(j=1, 2, 3 and 4) of Eu3+ ions. Furthermore, the luminescence intensity ratio(R) of 5D0→7F2 to 5D0→7F1 transition was also calculated. Transition 5D0→7F2 had the highest value of stimulated emission cross-section and branching ratios and the results were comparable with the reported values. | 6 | Synthesis and luminescence characteristics of terbium(Ⅲ) activated NaSrBO_3显示文摘The thermoluminescence (TL) and photoluminescence (PL) properties of the phosphor NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ were reported and discussed. The combustion technique was used for the synthesis of polycrystalline samples of NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ . The TL glow curve of the compound had a simple structure with a single peak at 434 K. TL sensitivity of the phosphor was found to be more than that of (LiF:Mg,Cu,P). The TL glow curve was studied as a function of concentration of dopant and dose of gamma ray irradiation. The kinetic parameters of the thermoluminescence of NaSrBO 3 : Tb 3+ were calculated employing the peak shape method. The photoluminescence (PL) properties of Tb 3+ doped in NaSrBO 3 were studied over the 200-400 nm excitation range. The excitation spectra of NaSrBO 3 :Tb 3+ consisted of single narrow band peaking at about 236 nm. The emission spectra monitored at 236 nm excitation consisted of a series of sharp lines peaking at 489, 544, 586 and 622 nm corresponding to the 5 D 4 → 7 F j (j=3,4,5,6) transitions within the 4f 8 configurations of Tb 3+ . | P.A. | 8 | Solvent induced shape change in CePO_4:Dy^(3+) nanophosphors and effect of metal ions: A photoluminescence study显示文摘The influence of different solvents and metal ions (Li+, Ba2+, Bi3+) on the crystallization behaviour, morphology and enhancement in photoluminescence intensity of Dy3+ doped CePO4 were investigated. Highly crystalline luminescent nanophosphors of CePO4:Dy3+ re-dispersible in polar solvents were successfully prepared via a simple polyol route at 140 ℃. As-prepared Dy3+ doped CePO4 nanophos-phors prepared in EG and DMF appeared to have crystalline monoclinic phase but exhibited hexagonal phase when prepared in water and water mixed solvents. The hexagonal phase transformed to monoclinic phase after heating at 900 ℃. TEM study revealed different shapes of the synthesized nanophosphors with change of solvents. The luminescence intensity of 4F9/2→6H15/2 at 478 nm (blue) was found to be more prominent than 4F9/2→6H13/2 at 572 nm (yellow). The introduction of metal ions (Li+, Ba2+ and Bi3+) in CePO4:Dy3+ led to considerable lumi-nescent enhancement. The nanophosphors were subsequently incorporated in polymer films of PVA which showed the characteristic emissions of Dy3+.
