| 1 | Sustainable development and upgrading mode of coal industry in China显示文摘It is an emerging realistic problem on how to promote a high level of technology in the coal industry, find new upgrading powers and create new competitive advantages, which are also the core problems to efficient transformation pattern of economic growth for coal industry in the ''twelfth five-year'' period, involving the key to China's energy supply and energy security. | 2 | Numerical simulation and disaster prevention for catastrophic fire airflow of main air-intake belt roadway in coal mine—A case study显示文摘Coal mine belt fire develops very rapidly and is difficult to control. If not suppressed quickly, a belt fire could easily lead to airflow disorder and undermine the ventilation system. However, belt fire can be prevented effectively by establishing fire airflow control system. In this work, the 5th belt roadway of Kongzhuang coal mine was taken as the object of investigation, where geometrical models of this roadway were established firstly. Then, based on mathematical model of fire smoke flow, the CO volume fraction, smoke density distribution, air temperature and pollutant velocity vector in the roadway before and after taking airflow control measures were simulated by using Fluent software. It can be known from the simulation that with the normal ventilation status in 5th belt roadway, the countercurrent of smoke does not happen when a fire occurs; the roadway's section is almost filled with CO at 10 m downstream from the fire source, and with air velocity getting stable gradually, the CO concentration reaches about 15 %. After taking airflow control measures, the effect range of temperature field which are harmful to the miners decreases from 69 m to 30 m; and the distance of the roadway fully filled with CO is 5 m farther than that before taking measures. | 3 | 隧道内火焰顶棚射流最高温度的分布研究显示文摘为了在隧道内合理地设置火灾探测器及科学地确定探测参数,需要掌握火灾烟气最高温度的分布规律.采用地铁隧道列车火灾的1∶8缩尺模型实验和数值模拟计算,分析了火焰顶棚射流的最高温度在火焰上方和沿隧道纵向变化的规律.结果表明:常用的Alpert公式适用于纯烟气顶棚射流,但不适用于火焰顶棚射流.火焰顶棚射流的最高温度随着离开火源中心线距离的增加而减小,且在火焰撞击区内沿隧道纵向呈线性衰减趋势;而在火焰撞击区以外以幂函数形式衰减.通过对Albert公式的修正提出了隧道内火焰顶棚射流最高温度的新计算公式. | 毛军 郗艳红 樊洪明 | 2010 | 中国矿业大学学报2010,39,3: | 3 |
| 4 | 采空区浸水失水煤样低温氧化规律研究显示文摘为研究邻近采空区浸水失水煤样低温氧化过程的煤自燃规律,在对原煤和浸水失水煤样进行工业分析的基础上,利用扫描电镜和红外光谱分析原煤和浸水失水煤样的微观结构和官能团变化规律。结果表明:室温25℃时,浸水失水煤样长期浸泡在水中,煤体吸水溶胀发生破裂,孔隙结构由紧实变为松散,孔隙增大,与氧接触面积增大,吸附氧的能力增强,1 800 cm-1附近含氧官能团(C=O)峰值变强,加速煤样的低温氧化进程,煤样失水过程中水分带走部分无机物质,水分微增,但孔隙率增大,随着温度的升高,两煤样含氧官能团增加,低温氧化过程加快,浸水失水煤样的氧化速度较原煤快。 | 赵文彬 蔡海伦 李振武 孔祥堂 赵超 宋蕾 刘晴 芦继芋 | 2019 | 煤矿安全2019,50,1: | 3 |
| 5 | Design and application of electrical fire monitoring system in mining industry显示文摘To protect mining areas from electrical fire,it is very important to install electrical fire monitoring system to ensure safety in development of mineral resources and for buildings.In this paper,design for electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules has been proposed.In addition,necessity and suitability of electrical fire monitoring and detection system with optional sensor modules in mining areas have been reviewed.The designed electrical fire monitoring and detection system suitable for work environment of mining industry is composed by host-computer monitoring software and slave-computer detectors.Monitoring detectors are manufactured by using embedded technology.External shells deployed have superior enclosure performances and explosion-proof properties.It is easy to install and maintain the system.In general,the system has reached,or even exceeded standards specified in national standards for performances and appearances of such devices.Test results show application of electrical fire monitoring and detection system can effectively enhance monitoring intensity over the mining areas and provide reliable guarantee to ensure orderly development of mineral resources and to protect physical and property safety of citizens in these areas. | Diao Jinxia Zhang Guilin Hu Haidong Zou Zhihui Zhang Baojin | 2015 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,2: | 3 |
