Distribution of ground stress on Puhe Coal Mine显示文摘Puhe Coal Mine is a typical Tertiary coal in Shenbei mining area. With an increase in mining depth, tectonic stress field becomes more complex, leading to increased deformation and failure of the soft rock roadway. Stress becomes an important factor of mine safety and stability. This paper analyzes the distribution of the regional tectonic field, and determines the distribution of situ stress measurement through measuring the ground stress field in the main mining area level of Puhe Coal Mine using stress relief method. The acquired in situ stress data at different locations and depths provide a reference for the rational arrangement of the stop and mine roadway supporting design, which are of great significance for the efficient safety production of the mine.Guo Zhibiao Jiang Yulin Pang Jiewen Liu Jiawei 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,1:10
Face recognition system based on CNN and LBP features for classifier optimization and fusion显示文摘Face recognition has been a hot-topic in the field of pattern recognition where feature extraction and classification play an important role. However, convolutional neural network( CNN) and local binary pattern( LBP) can only extract single features of facial images, and fail to select the optimal classifier. To deal with the problem of classifier parameter optimization, two structures based on the support vector machine( SVM) optimized by artificial bee colony( ABC) algorithm are proposed to classify CNN and LBP features separately. In order to solve the single feature problem,a fusion system based on CNN and LBP features is proposed. The facial features can be better represented by extracting and fusing the global and local information of face images. We achieve the goal by fusing the outputs of feature classifiers. Explicit experimental results on Olivetti Research Laboratory( ORL) and face recognition technology( FERET) databases show the superiority of the proposed approaches.Wu Yulin Jiang Mingyan 2018The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2018,25,1:10
Changes in T lymphocyte subsets after severe traumatic brain injury显示文摘BACKGROUND: Besides local changes of cranial parenchymal cells, hemorrhage, etc., severe traumatic brain injuries also cause the changes of total body fluid and various functions, and the changes of lymphocytes and T lymphocyte subsets should be paid more attention to. OBJECTIVE: To reveal the changing laws of T lymphocyte subsets after severe traumatic brain injury, and compare with mild to moderate brain injury. DESIGN: A comparative observation. SETTINGS: Department of Neurosurgery, Longgang District Buji People's Hospital of Shenzhen City; Central Laboratory of Shenzhen Hospital of Prevention and Cure for Chronic Disease. PARTICIPANTS: All the subjects were selected from the Department of Neurosurgery, Longgang District Buji People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from August 2002 to August 2005. Thirty patients with severe brain injury, whose Glasgow coma score (GCS) was ≤ 8 points, were taken as the experimental group, including 21 males and 9 females, aging 16–62 years. Meanwhile, 30 patients with mild traumatic brain injury were taken as the control group (GCS ranged 14–15 points), including 18 males and 12 females, aging 15–58 years. All the subjects were in admission at 6 hours after injury, without disease of major organs before injury. Informed consents were obtained from all the patients or their relatives. METHODS: ① The T lymphocytes and the subsets in peripheral blood were detected with immunofluorescent tricolor flow cytometry at 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after injury in both groups. ② The conditions of pulmonary infections were observed at 4 days after injury. The differences of measurement data were compared with the t test. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of T lymphocytes subsets at 1–14 days after severe and mild or moderate traumatic injury. RESULTS: Finally, 28 and 25 patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury, whereas 25 and 21 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were analyzed at 7 and 14 days respectively, and the missed ones died due to the development of disease. ① Changes of T lymphocyte subsets: At 1 and 3 days after injury, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 began to decrease, whereas CD8 increased in the experimental group, which were very significantly different from those in the control group (t =2.77–3.26, P < 0.01), and began to recover at 7 days, which were significantly different from those in the control group (t = 2.06–2.24, P < 0.05), and generally recovered to the normal levels at 14 days (P > 0.05). ② Conditions of pulmonary infections: At 4 days after injury, the rate of pulmonary infection was significantly different between the experimental group and control group [73% (22/30), 0, χ2=37.29, P < 0.01]. CONCLUSION: Patients with severe traumatic brain injury suffer from damages of cellular immune function at early period (within 7 days), and they are easily to be accompanied by pulmonary infections.Yulu Miao Mingxia Zhang Yulin Nie Wan Zhao Bin Huang Zhengming Jiang Shaoxiong Yu Zhibin Huang Hongjin Fu 2007Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,2:7
Dynamic response of a three-beam system with intermediate elastic connections under a moving load/mass-spring显示文摘The objective of this research is to study the dynamic response characteristics of a three-beam system with intermediate elastic connections under a moving load/mass-spring.In this study, the finite Sine-Fourier transform was performed for the dynamic partial differential equations of a simply supported three-beam system(SSTBS)under a moving load and a moving mass-spring,respectively.The dynamic partial differential equations were transformed into dynamic ordinary differential equations relative to the time coordinates, and the equations were solved and the displacement Fourier amplitude spectral expressions were obtained. Finally, based on finite Sine-Fourier inverse transform, the expressions for dynamic response of SSTBS under the moving load and moving mass-spring were obtained. The proposed method, along with ANSYS,was used to calculate the dynamic response of the SSTBS under a moving load/mass-spring at different speeds. The results obtained herein were consistent with the ANSYS numerical calculation results, verifying the accuracy of the proposed method. The influence of the load/mass-spring’s moving speed on the dynamic deflections of SSTBS were analyzed.SSTBS has several critical speeds under a moving load/mass-spring.The vertical acceleration incurred by a change in the vertical speed of SSTBS due to the movement of mass-spring and the centrifugal acceleration produced by the movement of massspring on the vertical curve generated by SSTBS vibration could not be neglected.Feng Yulin Jiang Lizhong Zhou Wangbao 2020Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2020,19,2:6

In detail, the SIM-PLEC algorithm is utilized for solving governing equations of incompressible viscous/turbulent flows through the pump impeller. The K-ε turbulence model is adopted to describe the turbulent flow process. Some worthwhile simulated results are presented.Dai, Jiang Wu, Yulin Cao, Shuliang 1997Journal of Hydrodynamics1997,9,1:5
Zanthoxylum-specific whole genome duplication and recent activity of transposable elements in the highly repetitive paleotetraploid Z.bungeanum genome显示文摘Zanthoxylum bungeanum is an important spice and medicinal plant that is unique for its accumulation of abundant secondary metabolites, which create a characteristic aroma and tingling sensation in the mouth.Owing to the high proportion of repetitive sequences, high heterozygosity, and increased chromosome number of Z.bungeanum, the assembly of its chromosomal pseudomolecules is extremely challenging. Here,we present a genome sequence for Z.bungeanum, with a dramatically expanded size of 4.23 Gb,assembled into 68 chromosomes. This genome is approximately tenfold larger than that of its close relative Citrus sinensis. After the divergence of Zanthoxylum and Citrus, the lineage-specific whole-genome duplication event q-WGD approximately 26.8 million years ago(MYA)and the recent transposable element(TE)burst~6.41 MYA account for the substantial genome expansion in Z.bungeanum.The independent Zanthoxylum-specific WGD event was followed by numerous fusion/fission events that shaped the genomic architecture.Integrative genomic and transcriptomic analyses suggested that prominent speciesspecific gene family expansions and changes in gene expression have shaped the biosynthesis of sanshools, terpenoids, and anthocyanins, which contribute to the special flavor and appearance of Z.bungeanum.In summary, the reference genome provides a valuable model for studying the impact of WGDs with recent TE activity on gene gain and loss and genome reconstruction and provides resources to accelerate Zanthoxylum improvement.Shijing Feng Zhenshan Liu Jian Cheng Zihe Li Lu Tian Min Liu Tuxi Yang Yulin Liu Yonghong Liu He Dai Zujun Yang Qing Zhang Gang Wang Jisen Zhang Huifeng Jiang Anzhi Wei 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:5
TMEM43-S358L mutation enhances NF-κBTGFp signal cascade in arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy显示文摘Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia/cardiomyopathy(ARVD/C)is a genetic cardiac muscle disease that accounts for approximately 30%sudden cardiac death in young adults. The Ser358Leu mutation of transmembrane protein 43(TMEM43)was commonly identified in the patients of highly lethal and fully penetrant ARVD subtype,ARVD5.Here,we generated TMEM43 S358L mouse to explore the underlying mechanism. This mouse strain showed the classic patholo.gies of ARVD patients, including structural abnormalities and cardiac fibrofatty.TMEM43 S358L mutation led to hyper-activated nuclear factor kB(NFkB)activation in heart tissues and primary cardiomy.ocyte cells.Importantly, this hyper activation of NF-κB directly drove the expression of pro-fibrotic gene, transforming growth factor beta(TGFβ),and enhanced downstream signal, indicating that TMEM43 S358L mutation up-regulates NF-κB-TGFβ signal cascade during ARVD cardiac fibrosis. Our study partially reveals the regulatory mechanism of ARVD development.Guoxing Zheng Changying Jiang Yulin Li Dandan Yang Youcai Ma Bing Zhang Xuan Li Pei Zhang Xiaoyu Hu Xueqiang Zhao Jie Du Xin Lin 2019Protein & Cell2019,10,2:5

Modes of genetic adaptations underlying functional innovations in the rumen显示文摘The rumen is the hallmark organ of ruminants and hosts a diverse ecosystem of microorganisms that facilitates efficient digestion of plant fibers. We analyzed 897 transcriptomes from three Cetartiodactyla lineages:ruminants, camels and cetaceans,as well as data from ruminant comparative genomics and functional assays to explore the genetic basis of rumen functional innovations. We identified genes with relatively high expression in the rumen,of which many appeared to be recruited from other tissues. These genes show functional enrichment in ketone body metabolism, regulation of microbial community, and epithelium absorption, which are the most prominent biological processes involved in rumen innovations.Several modes of genetic change underlying rumen functional innovations were uncovered, including coding mutations, genes newly evolved, and changes of regulatory elements. We validated that the key ketogenesis rate-limiting gene(HMGCS2)with five ruminant-specific mutations was under positive selection and exhibits higher synthesis activity than those of other mammals. Two newly evolved genes(LYZ1 and DEFB1)are resistant to Gram-positive bacteria and thereby may regulate microbial community equilibrium.Furthermore,we confirmed that the changes of regulatory elements accounted for the majority of rumen gene recruitment. These results greatly improve our understanding of rumen evolution and organ evo-devo in general.Xiangyu Pan Yudong Cai Zongjun Li Xianqing Chen Rasmus Heller Nini Wang Yu Wang Chen Zhao Yong Wang Han Xu Songhai Li Ming Li Cunyuan Li Shengwei Hu Hui Li Kun Wang Lei Chen Bin Wei Zhuqing Zheng Weiwei Fu Yue Yang Tingting Zhang Zhuoting Hou Yueyang Yan Xiaoyang Lv Wei Sun Xinyu Li Shisheng Huang Lixiang Liu Shengyong Mao Wenqing Liu Jinlian Hua Zhipeng Li Guojie Zhang Yulin Chen Xihong Wang Qiang Qiu Brian PDalrymple Wen Wang Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,1:3
Dynamic response analysis of a multiple-beam structure subjected to a moving load显示文摘In this study, the dynamic response of an elastically connected multi-beam structure subjected to a moving load with elastic boundary conditions is investigated. The boundary conditions and properties of each beam vary, and the difficulty of solving the motion equation is reduced by using a Fourier series plus three special transformations.By examining a high-speed railway(HSR)with mixed boundary conditions, the rationality for the newly proposed method is verified, the difference in simulated multiple-beam models with different beam numbers is explored, and the influence of material parameters and load speed on the dynamic response of multiple-beam structures is examined. Results suggest that the number of beams in the model should be as close to the actual beam number as possible.Models with an appropriate beam number can be used to describe in detail the dynamic response of the structure.Neglecting the track-structure can overestimate the resonant speed of a high-speed railway,simply-supported beam bridge. The effective interval of foundation stiffness(EIFS)can provide a reference for future engineering designs.Zhang Yuntai Jiang Lizhong Zhou Wangbao Liu Shaohui Feng Yulin Liu Xiang Lai Zhipeng 2022Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2022,21,3:2
Comprehensive metabolic profiling of Alismatis Rhizoma triterpenes in rats based on characteristic ions and a triterpene database显示文摘Alismatis Rhizoma(AR)is widely used in Chinese medicine, and its major bioactive components, triterpenes, reportedly possess various pharmacological activities. Therefore,it is very important to study the metabolism of triterpenes in vivo. However, the metabolism of AR triterpene extract has not been comprehensively elucidated due to its complex chemical components and metabolic pathways. In this study,an ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry method, which was based on the characteristic ions from an established database of known triterpenes, was used to analyze the major metabolites in rats following the oral administration of Alismatis Rhizoma extracts(ARE).As a result,a total of 233 constituents, with 85 prototype compounds and 148 metabolites, were identified for the first time.Hydrogenation, oxidation, sulfate and glucuronidation conjugation were the major metabolic pathways for triterpenes in AR.In addition, the mutual in vivo transformation of known ARE triterpenes was discovered and confirmed for the first time. Those results provide comprehensive insights into the metabolism of AR in vivo, which will be useful for future studies on its pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Moreover, this established strategy may be useful in metabolic studies of similar compounds.Lu Wang Sen Li Jiaxin Li Zhongzhe Cheng Yulin Feng Hui Ouyang Zhifeng Du Hongliang Jiang 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,1:2
An atlas of CNV maps in cattle, goat and sheep显示文摘Copy number variation(CNV)is the most prevalent type of genetic structural variation that has been recognized as an important source of phenotypic variation in humans, animals and plants. However, the mechanisms underlying the evolution of CNVs and their function in natural or artificial selection remain unknown. Here,we generated CNV region(CNVR)datasets which were diverged or shared among cattle, goat, and sheep, including 886 individuals from 171 diverse populations.Using 9 environmental factors for genome-wide association study(GWAS),we identified a series of candidate CNVRs,including genes relating to immunity, tick resistance,multi-drug resistance, and muscle development. The number of CNVRs shared between species is significantly higher than expected(P<0.00001),and these CNVRs may be more persist than the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)shared between species. We also identified genomic regions under long-term balancing selection and uncovered the potential diversity of the selected CNVRs close to the important functional genes. This study provides the evidence that balancing selection might be more common in mammals than previously considered, and might play an important role in the daily activities of these ruminant species.Yongzhen Huang Yunjia Li Xihong Wang Jiantao Yu Yudong Cai Zhuqing Zheng Ran Li Shunjin Zhang Ningbo Chen Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Quratulain Hanif Qiuming Chen Weiwei Fu Chao Li Xiukai Cao Guangxian Zhou Shudong Liu Sangang He Wenrong Li Yulin Chen Hong Chen Chuzhao Lei Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10:2

Dynamic Analyses of a Simply Supported Double-Beam System Subject to a Moving Mass with Fourier Transform Technique显示文摘In order to study the dynamic characteristics of a simply supported double-beam system under a moving mass, the system of fourth-order dynamic partial differential equations of a simply supported double-beam system was transformed into a system of second-order dynamic ordinary differential equations relative to time coordinates by performing the finite sin-Fourier Transform relative to space coordinates. And the analytical solution of the dynamic response of the simply supported double-beam system under a moving mass was obtained by solving the system of dynamic ordinary differential equations. The analytical method and ANSYS numerical method were used to calculate the dynamic responses of several simply supported double-beam systems under a moving mass at different speeds. The influences of inertial effect, mass movement speed, and Winkler-layer spring stiffness and damping on the dynamic responses of simply supported double-beam systems were analyzed.According to the study results, the analytical calculation results in this paper fit well with the ANSYS finite element numerical calculation results, demonstrating the rationality of the analytical method. The inertial effect has a significant influence on the dynamic response characteristics of the simply supported double-beam system. The simply supported double-beam system underwent several resonant speeds under a moving mass, and the Winkler-layer spring stiffness has a relatively significant effect on the vibration of the first beam.Lizhong Jiang Xilin Chai Zhihua Tan Wangbao Zhou Yulin Feng Zhipeng Lai Lan Zheng 2019Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2019,,10:1
