1Deformation Behavior and Microstructure Evolution of Wrought Magnesium Alloys显示文摘There are many researches on the deformation behavior of wrought magnesium alloys, such as AZ31, AZ80, AZ91, and ZK60 magnesium alloys at different temperatures and strain rates, but few of them focuses on the deformation behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys, especially under the twin-roll casting (TRC) state. Meanwhile, the existing researches only focus on the grain refinement law of the magnesium alloys under deformation conditions, the deformation mechanism has not been revealed yet. The hot compression behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M magnesium alloys under the temperature and strain rate ranges of 250-400 ℃ and 0.001-1 s-1 are studied by thermal simulation methods using Gleeble 1500 machine and virtual simulation using finite element analysis software. Simulation results show that sine hyperbolic law is the most suitable flow stress model for wider deformation conditions. The most reasonable selected deformation conditions of ZK60M alloy is 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/1 s-1 for conventional casting (CC), while AZ41M alloy is 300 oC/0.01 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for CC. Deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) mechanism of them are analyzed at the same deformation conditions. The microstructures of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys are observed at different deformed conditions by optical microscopy (OM) and electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD) and it reveals the flow behavior and deformation mechanism of them. Working harden and work soften contribute to the activation of basal, non-basal slip systems which promote DRX. 3Dynamics of Above-and Below-ground Biomass and C,N,P Accumulation in the Alpine Steppe of Northern Tibet显示文摘The temporal dynamics of the biomass,as well as the carbon (C),nitrogen (N),phosphorus (P) concentrations and accumulation contents,in above-and below-ground vegetation components were determined in the alpine steppe vegetation of Northern Tibet during the growing season of 2010.The highest levels of total biomass (311.68 g m-2),total C (115.95 g m-2),total N (2.60 g m-2),and total P (0.90 g m-2) accumulation contents were obtained in August in 2010.Further,biomass and nutrient stocks in the below-ground components were higher than those of the above-ground components.The dominant species viz.,Stipa purpurea and Carex moorcrofti had lower biomass and C,N,P accumulations than the companion species which including Oxytropis.spp.,Artemisia capillaris Thunb.,Aster tataricus L.,and so on.LU Xuyang YAN Yan FAN Jihui CAO Yingzi WANG Xiaodan 2011Journal of Mountain Science2011,8,6:5
4Chromatographic fingerprinting and quantitative analysis for the quality evaluation of Xinkeshu tablet显示文摘A simple, sensitive and accurate method based on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with diode array detector (DAD) was developed and validated for systematic quality evaluation of one type of traditional Chinese medicine preparations named Xinkeshu (XKS) tablet. In this study, the chromatographic fingerprints of XKS tablet were developed first, 23 peaks were selected as the common peaks to evaluate the similarities among different batches of XKS samples, which were manufactured in a long time span of three years. Additionally, simultaneous quantification of six markers in XKS tablet, including Danshensu, Protocatechuic aldehyde, Puerarin, Daidzin, Salvianolic acid B and Daidzein, was performed. The validation results showed that the developed method was specific, accurate, precise and robust. The preliminary explanation on why a close similarity between fingerprints did not exactly mean similar contents of chemical components in samples was given. The contribution of each chromatographic peak to similarity was also evaluated. 5Effects of rotor structure on performance of small size axial flow fans显示文摘Small size axial flow fans are used as a cooling component for computers,electronic equipment and other electronic components.With the increasing power of electrical equipment,the demand for lower noise and higher ventilation of cooling fan is also increasing.Traditional methods of improving ventilation by raising the fan's rotation speed causes a decrease in efficiency and an increase in noise.In this paper,different structures of fans were simulated,and as a result,the counter-rotating fan can achieve higher pressure,efficiency and facilitate ventilation in a smaller space.Furthermore,some other conclusions are as follows:(1) Higher pressure rise can be obtained by a counter-rotating fan than by the two-stage rotor fan in the same axial length.Meanwhile,the counter-rotating fan has a broader work scope.(2) The main noise type of the counter-rotating fan is rotating noise;the small peak pulse caused by vortex noise mainly due to the eddy current produced by small eddies.(3) When the distance of counter-rotating fans is smaller than 2 times the chord,the greater distance the greater total pressure of the circum-averages and along the axial direction,the total pressure begin to decline until the distance is three times the chord,so there is an optimal distance between rotors.The simulation results are of important significance to the quantitative analysis and optimization design of the counter-rotating fan.Pin Liu Yingzi Jin Yanping Wang 2011Journal of Thermal Science2011,20,3:5
6Baicalin inhibits colistin sulfate-induced apoptosis of PC12 cells显示文摘Baicalin,a type of flavonoid extracted from the dried root of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi,has been shown to effectively inhibit cell apoptosis.Therefore,we assumed that baicalin would suppress colistin sulfate-induced neuronal apoptosis.PC12 cells exposed to colistin sulfate(62.5–500μg/mL)for 24 hours resulted in PC12 cell apoptosis.In addition,caspase-3 activity,lactate dehydrogenase level and free radical content increased in a dose-dependent manner.Subsequently,PC12 cells were pretreated with baicalin(25,50 and 100μg/mL),and exposed to 125μg/mL colistin sulfate.Cell morphology markedly changed,and cell viability increased.Moreover,caspase-3 activity,lactate dehydrogenase level and free radical content decreased.Results indicated that baicalin inhibited colistin sulfate-induced PC12 cell apoptosis by suppressing free radical injury,and reducing caspase-3 activity and lactate dehydrogenase activity.Hong Jiang Pengfei Lv Jichang Li Hongjun Wang Tiezhong Zhou Yingzi Liu Wei Lin 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,28:4
7Numerical and Experimental Study on Aerodynamic Performance of Small Axial Flow Fan with Splitter Blades显示文摘To improve the aerodynamic performance of small axial flow fan, in this paper the design of a small axial flow fan with splitter blades is studied. The RNG k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm were applied to the steady simulation calculation of the flow field, and its result was used as the initial field of the large eddy simulation to calculate the unsteady pressure field. The FW-H noise model was adopted to predict aerodynamic noise in the six monitoring points. Fast Fourier transform algorithm was applied to process the pressure signal. Experiment of noise testing was done to further investigate the aerodynamic noise of fans. And then the results obtained from the numerical simulation and experiment were described and analyzed. The results show that the static characteristics of small axial fan with splitter blades are similar with the prototype fan, and the static characteristics are improved within a certain range of flux. The power spectral density at the six monitoring points of small axial flow fan with splitter blades have decreased to some extent. The experimental results show sound pressure level of new fan has reduced in most frequency bands by comparing with prototype fan. 8Influence of Tip End-plate on Noise of Small Axial Fan显示文摘In this work, tip end-plate is used to improve the noise performance of small axial fans. Both numerical simulations and experimental methods were adopted to study the fluid flow and noise level of axial fans. Four modified models and the prototype are simulated. Influences of tip end-plate on static characteristics, internal flow field and noise of small axial fans are analyzed. The results show that on basis of the prototype, the model with the tip end-plate of 2 mm width and changed length achieved best noise performance. The overall sound pressure level of the model with the tip end-plate of 2 mm width and changed length is 2.4 dB less than that of the prototype at the monitoring point in specified far field. It is found that the mechanism of noise reduction is due to the decrease of vorticity variation on the surface of blades caused by the tip end-plate. Compared with the prototype, the static pressure of the model with the tip end-plate of 2 mm width and changed length at design flow rate decreases by 2 Pa and the efficiency decreases by 0.8%. 10PK-tailored tertiary prophylaxis in patients with severe hemophilia A at beijing Children’s Hospital显示文摘Importance:Tertiary prophylaxis using a low-dose regimen is usually insufficient to prevent recurrent joint bleeding and deterioration in joint diseases in children with severe hemophilia A.Pharmacokinetic(PK)dosing is a useful approach to increase the precision and efficiency of prophylaxis.Objective:To explore the efficacy of PK-tailored tertiary prophylaxis in children with severe hemophilia A.Methods:We implemented a PK-tailored tertiary prophylaxis program for 15 boys with severe hemophilia A aged 5-16 years at Beijing Children’s Hospital.Following PK testing and a 6-month evaluation period(phase I),15 patients were divided in two groups according to individual PK data and actual bleeding:(1)a PK-tailored group[modified prophylaxis regimen according to PK data for the next 6 months(phase II);n=8]and(2)a maintenance group(continued the original regimen for the next 6 months;n=7).We compared the bleeding rate,infusion frequency,and factor VIII(FVIII)consumption between the two groups.results:In the PK-tailored group,the median annual joint bleeding rate was reduced from 7.8 in phase I to 1.4 in phase II,mean annual total factor consumption increased from 1619.0 IU/kg in phase I to 2401.9 IU/kg in phase II,and median infusion frequency for prophylaxis increased from 104 times/year in phase I to 156 times/year in phase II(P<0.05).Although the FVIII consumption increased,it remained at approximately half of the standard method.Interpretation:PK-tailored prophylaxis may represent a more efficient approach to individual prophylaxis in China,but further studies are required to verify this.Peijing Li Zhenping Chen Xiaoling Cheng Yan Wang Ningning Zhang Yingzi Zhen Xinyi Wu Runhui Wu 2019Pediatric Investigation2019,3,1:3

12Influence of Blade Outlet Angle on Performance of Low-specific-speed Centrifugal Pump显示文摘In order to analyze the influence of blade outlet angle on inner flow field and performance of low-specific-speed centrifugal pump, the flow field in the pump with different blade outlet angles 32.5°and 39° was numerically calculated. The external performance experiment was also carried out on the pump. Based on SIMPLEC algorithm, time-average N-S equation and the rectified k-ε turbulent model were adopted during the process of computation. The distributions of velocity and pressure in pumps with different blade outlet angles were obtained by calculation. The numerical results show that backflow areas exist in the two impellers, while the inner flow has a little improvement in the impeller with larger blade outlet angle. Blade outlet angle has a certain influence on the static pressure near the long-blade leading edge and tongue, but it has little influence on the distribution of static pressure in the passages of impeller. 13Fabrication and abrasive wear properties of metal matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure显示文摘Reticulated polyurethane was chosen as the preceramic material for preparing the porous preform using the rep- lication process. The immersing and sintering processes were each performed twice for fabricating a high-porosity and su- per-strong skeleton. The aluminum magnesium matrix composites reinforced with three-dimensional network structure were prepared using the infiltration technique by pressure assisting and vacuum driving. Light interfacial reactions have played a profitable role in most of the ceramic-metal systems. The metal matrix composites interpenetrated with the ceramic phase have a higher wear resistance than the metal matrix phase. 15Research on Performance of Centrifugal Pump with Different-type Open Impeller显示文摘To investigate the influence of impeller type on the performance and inner flow of centrifugal pump, the numerical simulation and experimental research were carried out on the same centrifugal pump with straight-blade and curved-blade open impeller. Based on SIMPLEC algorithm, time-averaged N-S equation and the standard k-εturbulence model, the numerical results are obtained. The pressure distribution in the different type impellers is uniform, while the low pressure area in straight-blade inlet is larger. The vortexes in the passage of impeller exist in both cases. Relative to curved-blade impeller, there are larger vortexes in most of the flow passages except the passage near the tongue in straight-blade impeller. Also some small backflow regions are found at the blade inlet of two impellers. 16Responses of Seed Yield and Economic Benefit of Winter Oilseed Rape(Brassica napus L.) to Different NPK Ratio and Dose显示文摘Field experiments were conducted during 2008-2010 to investigate the effects of NPK fertilization on seed yield and economic benefit of a new hybrid cultivar of winter oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.)- Xiangzayou763,and to determine the optimum NPK ratio and dose in Hunan,China.The results showed that NPK ratio(1:0.50:0.50) with 180 kg/hm2 N,90 kg/hm^2 P_2O_5 and 90 kg/hm^2 K_2O was the optimum combination for the highest seed yield(2 231.13 kg/hm2) and economic benefit(9 816.97 Yuan/hm^2),of which 1 641.23 Yuan/hm^2 being set for fertilizer investment(VCR=4.11).Besides,the effects of N,P and K fertilizers on seed yield and oil production of winter oilseed rape were not identical.N had the greatest effect on plant growth of winter oilseed rape,followed by P and K.Total leaf number,green leaf number,leaf length and width,rhizome diameter,branch number,dry weight per plant and other agronomic characters in high N treatments were higher than those in low N treatments.By correlation and path analysis of yield components,the contribution rate to seed yield was found:effective silique number per plant>seed number per silique>1 000-seed weight.Yingzi WANG Chang TIAN Xuan ZHOU Wenming WANG Jianwei PENG Zhenhua ZHANG Haixing SONG Chunyun GUAN 2015Agricultural Science & Technology2015,16,11:2
17Associated risk factors in the early stage of diabetic retinopathy显示文摘Background:To investigate the retinal capillary density(RCD)of the macula using optical coherence tomography angiography(OCT-A)in type 2 diabetic patients and to further determine the association with risk factors.Methods:A total of 212 eyes from 212 subjects were recruited;subjects included diabetics with no retinopathy(NDR,n=90 eyes),diabetics with mild retinopathy DR(MDR,n=36 eyes),and healthy participants(Control,n=86 eyes).All participants underwent OCT-A scanning.RCD was quantified by superficial and deep retinal capillary layers(SRCL and DRCL)from OCT-A images.Results:RCD in SRCL and DRCL was lower in NDR(P<0.001)as well as in MDR(P<0.001)when compared with control eyes.Diabetic patients were subdivided according to individual risk factors,complications related to diabetes,and hyperglycemia.Diabetic patients showed lower RCD in both the SRCL and DRCL when compared with healthy controls.Diabetics with age>55y,HbA1c>7%had significantly reduced DRCL(P<0.05)when compared with the other group of diabetics(age<55y,HbA1c<7%).Diabetics with a blood urea nitrogen(BUN)>8.2 mmol/L had significantly reduced SRCL and DRCL when compared to the other group of diabetics.Conclusions:Risk factors including older age,higher level of HbA1c,LDL-C and BUN,were associated with lower RCDs found in type 2 diabetic patients with and without mild DR by OCT-A.The impairment of retinal capillary by OCT-A may play a key role in the early monitoring of management in diabetes.Fan Tan Qi Chen Xiran Zhuang Chaoming Wu Yanying Qian Yuanyuan Wang Jianhua Wang Fan Lu Meixiao Shen Yingzi Li 2019Eye and Vision2019,6,1:2
18Simulation and Experiment Research of Aerodynamic Performance of Small Axial Fans with Struts显示文摘Interaction between rotor and struts has great effect on the performance of small axial fan systems.The small axial fan systems are selected as the studied objects in this paper,and four square struts are downstream of the rotor.The cross section of the struts is changed to the cylindrical shapes for the investigation:one is in the same hydraulic diameter as the square struts and another one is in the same cross section as the square struts.Influence of the shape of the struts on the static pressure characteristics,the internal flow and the sound emission of the small axial fans are studied.Standard K-ε turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm are applied in the calculation of the steady fluid field,and the curves of the pressure rising against the flow rate are obtained,which demonstrates that the simulation results are in nice consistence with the experimental data.The steady calculation results are set as the initial field in the unsteady calculation.Large eddy simulation and PISO algorithm are used in the transient calculation,and the Ffowcs Williams-Hawkings model is introduced to predict the sound level at the eight monitoring points.The research results show that:the static pressure coefficients of the fan with cylindrical struts increase by about 25%compared to the fan with square struts,and the efficiencies increase by about 28.6%.The research provides a theoretical guide for shape optimization and noise reduction of small axial fan with struts.CHU Wei LIN Peifeng ZHANG Li JIN Yingzi WANG Yanping Heuy Dong Kim Toshiaki Setoguchi 2016Journal of Thermal Science2016,25,3:2
