1Defined tumor antigen-specific T cells potentiate personalized TCR-T cell therapy and prediction of immunotherapy response显示文摘Personalized immunotherapy targeting tumor-specific antigens(TSAs)could generate efficient and safe antitumor immune response without damaging normal tissues.Although neoantigen vaccines have shown therapeutic effect in clinic trials,precise prediction of neoantigens from tumor mutations is still challenging.The host antitumor immune response selects and activates T cells recognizing tumor antigens.Hence,T cells engineered with T-cell receptors(TCRs)from these naturally occurring tumor antigen-specific T(Tas)cells in a patient will target personal TSAs in his/her tumor.To establish such a personalized TCR-T cell therapy,we comprehensively characterized T cells in tumor and its adjacent tissues by single-cell mRNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),TCR sequencing(TCR-seq)and in vitro neoantigen stimulation.Compared to bystander T cells circulating among tissues,Tas cells were characterized by tumor enrichment,tumor-specific clonal expansion and neoantigen specificity.We found that CXCL13 is a unique marker for both CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)Tas cells.Importantly,TCR-T cells expressing TCRs from Tas cells showed significant therapeutic effects on autologous patient-derived xenograft(PDX)tumors.Intratumoral Tas cell levels measured by CXCL13 expression precisely predicted the response to immune checkpoint blockade,indicating a critical role of Tas cells in the antitumor immunity.We further identified CD200 and ENTPD1 as surface markers for CD4^(^(+))and CD8^(^(+))Tas cells respectively,which enabled the isolation of Tas cells from tumor by Fluorescence Activating Cell Sorter(FACS)sorting.Overall,our results suggest that TCR-T cells engineered with Tas TCRs are a promising agent for personalized immunotherapy,and intratumoral Tas cell levels determine the response to immunotherapy.Jingjing He Xinxin Xiong Han Yang Dandan Li Xuefei Liu Shuo Li Shuangye Liao Siyu Chen Xizhi Wen Kuai Yu Lingyi Fu Xingjun Dong Kaiyu Zhu Xiaojun Xia Tiebang Kang Chaochao Bian Xiang Li Haiping Liu Peirong Ding Xiaoshi Zhang Zhenjiang Liu Wende Li Zhixiang Zuo Penghui Zhou 2022Cell Research2022,32,6:10
2Global robust optimal sliding mode control for uncertain affine nonlinear systems显示文摘The problem of robustifying linear quadratic regulators(LQRs) for a class of uncertain affine nonlinear systems is considered.First,the exact linearization technique is used to transform an uncertain nonlinear system into a linear one and an optimal LQR is designed for the corresponding nominal system.Then,based on the integral sliding mode,a design approach to robustifying the optimal regulator is studied.As a result,the system exhibits global robustness to uncertainties and the ideal sliding mode dynamics is the same as that of the optimal LQR for the nominal system.A global robust optimal sliding mode control(GROSMC) is realized.Finally,a numerical simulation is demonstrated to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm compared with the conventional optimal LQR.Pang Haiping Chen Xia 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,4:5
3Influence of filler morphology on percolation threshold of isotropical conductive adhesives (ICA)显示文摘Different aspect ratio silver nano-structured materials including nanocubes,nanorods and nanowires were prepared by micro-waved assisted glycol reduction method.Different characterization methods including SEM and XRD were processed on these nanomaterials.Isotropical conductive adhesives(ICA) were developed by using these Ag nanomaterials as conductive fillers.It was found that the conductivity and thermal conductivity percolation threshold of the ICA depended on the morphologies of the fillers,lower percolation threshold could be obtained by using higher aspect ratio filler.A modified percolation threshold theory was put forward to explain and simulate the experiment results,the simulated results could match the experiment results very well.TAO Yu YANG ZhenGuo LU XiaoLu TAO GuoLiang XIA YanPing WU HaiPing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,1:4

8Photoluminescence properties of Tm^(3+)/Tb^(3+)/Sm^(3+) tri-doped Na_(5)Y_(9)F_(32) single crystal with high thermal stability for white light-emitting diodes显示文摘A novel Tm^(3+)/Tb^(3+)/Sm^(3+)tri-doped Na_(5)Y_(9)F_(32)single crystal was synthesized by a modified Bridgman method for the propose of white light emitting diodes.The fluorescence spectra of various Sm^(3+)ion concentrations and fixed 0.4 mol%Tm^(3+)and 0.5 mol%Tb^(3+)were measured and studied systematically excited by near-ultraviolet light of 355 nm.The Sm3+ion concentration takes apparent effect on the relative intensity of peaks in the visible region and the color coordinate combining from these emission bands.A near pure white light emission with color coordinates(0.3295,0.3057)and color temperature(5657 K)can be obtained when the concentrations of Tm^(3+),Tb^(3+)and Sm^(3+)ions are 0.4 mol%,0.5 mol%and 0.8 mol%,respectively.Furthermore,the practical down-conversion internal quantum yield was measured by integrating spheres at about 14.39%.The tri-doped Na_(5)Y_(9)F_(32)single crystal shows a high thermal stability inferring from the temperature dependent emission in which the integrated emission intensities are reduced only by^3%with the increase of temperature from 280 to 450 K.The present results demonstrate that the Tm^(3+)/Tb^(3+)/Sm^(3+)tri-doped Na_(5)Y_(9)F_(32)single crystal may provide a promising candidate for white light-emitting diodes,luminescent materials and fluorescent display devices.Yang Qiao Xiong Zhou Jianli Zhang Haiping Xia Hongwei Song Baojiu Chen 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,5:3

10Growth and Optical Spectra of Tb^(3+)/Eu^(3+) Co-doped Cubic NaYF_4 Single Crystal for White Light Emitting Diode显示文摘High quality Tb^(3+)/Eu^(3+) co-doped cubic NaYF_4 single crystal in the size of Φ1.0 cm×6.6 cm was grown by a modified Bridgman method using KF as assistant flux for NaF-YF_3 system under the condition of completely closed Pt crucible.A white light emission from the combination of the violet-blue,blue,green,orange,and red lights with chromaticity coordinates of x = 0.3107,y = 0.3274,correlated color temperature of T_c = 6637 K,color rendering index of R_a = 83,and color quality scale of Q_a = 82 could be obtained from 1.51 mol%Tb^(3+) and 1.42 mol%Eu^(3+) co-doped cubic NaYF_4 single crystal when being excited by a 369 nm light.This indicates that Tb^(3+)/Eu^(3+) co-doped cubic NaYF_4 single crystal has a potential application in white light emitting diode excited by ultraviolet light.Yongzhang Jiang Haiping Xia Jiazhong Zhang Shuo Yang Haochuan Jiang Baojiu Chen 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,12:2

13White Light Emission Characteristics of Tb3+/Sm3+Co-Doped Glass Ceramics Containing YPO4 Nanocrystals显示文摘The Tb^(3+)/Sm^(3+) single-doped and co-doped glasses and glass ceramics containing YPO_4 nanocrystals have been synthesized by melt quenching method. The structural and luminescent properties of these glass specimens were investigated. Under 375 nm wavelength excitation, the emission spectra combined with blue, green and red bands were observed, which achieved the white light emission. Moreover, the energy transfer between Tb^(3+) and Sm^(3+)ions was validated by decay lifetime measurement and energy level diagram.The color coordinates(x = 0.333, y = 0.333), correlated color temperature(5595 K) and the color rendering index(Ra = 80.5) indicated that the glass ceramics were considered to be good lighting source. 14Silicon-phthalocyanine bonding with SiO_2 matrix and its strong optical limiting effects显示文摘Silicon-phthalocyanine (SiPc) is chemically bonded to 3-aminopropltriethoxysilane (NH2(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3, KH550) by the nucleophilic substituted reaction between the active chlorine of silicon dichlorine phthalocyanine (SiPcCI2) and amino-group of KH550. The reacted product is hybridized with 3-glycidoxypropltrimethoxysilane (CH2OCHCH2O(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3, KH560) with sol-gel processing to form sol-gel inorganic material with good physical-chemical and optical properties. Due to tethering SiPc to the network, the aggregation of SiPc is effectively prevented in sol-gel derived matrix, and the doping concentration of SiPc in the form of monomer in the matrix is greatly enhanced. The cross-linkage of SiPcCI2 and KH550 is estimated and confirmed with FT-IR spectra.
