1蛇绿岩铬铁矿成矿新模型:流体不混溶作用显示文摘尽管富水流体参与蛇绿岩豆荚状铬铁矿形成过程已被广泛提及,但流体的作用和机制仍缺乏天然样品的证据证实.文章对保存完好的土耳其Kızıldağ蛇绿岩和研究程度较高的西藏罗布莎蛇绿岩的铬铁矿床进行了岩石学、矿物学和地球化学的系统总结,展示了流体活动的证据,探讨了铬铁矿结晶与岩浆演化过程中流体不混溶的关系,进而建立了铬铁矿成矿的新模型.在该模型中,侵入大洋岩石圈地幔的岩浆通过岩浆通道相连接进而形成一系列的小岩浆房,铬铁矿微晶吸附岩浆中的流体形成含铬铁矿的不混溶液滴,这种不混溶铬铁矿液滴由于密度较小在岩浆房中悬浮并随岩浆向上运移.在岩浆混合、对流及运移过程中,分散的含铬铁矿的液滴不断聚合形成更大的富铬铁矿不混溶液滴.大的不混溶液滴从边部向核部逐渐结晶铬铁矿,捕获或圈闭的熔/流体发生结晶作用形成各种各样的矿物包裹体.不混溶的含铬铁矿的液滴在岩浆房中大量聚集则形成“不混溶液滴池”,此时大量铬铁矿原地结晶形成豆荚状铬铁矿,同时释放吸附的流体导致岩浆房中流体的富集.释放的流体由内向外逐渐渗滤到围岩纯橄岩和方辉橄榄岩中,造成矿体与围岩中矿物内部和矿物间的元素变化和同位素分馏.因此,玄武质岩浆上涌过程中流体不混溶作用对铬铁矿的成矿作用至关重要.苏本勋 刘霞 陈晨 Paul T.ROBINSON 肖燕 周美夫 白洋 Ibrahim UYSAL 张鹏飞 2021中国科学:地球科学2021,51,2:7

5Iron Isotopic Fractionation and Origin of Chromitites in the Paleo-Moho Transition Zone of the Kop Ophiolite, NE Turkey显示文摘The Kop ophiolite in NE Turkey is a fragment of Neo-Tethyan forearc.It can be mainly divided into a paleo-Moho transition zone(MTZ)in the North and a harzburgitic mantle sequence in the South.Dunites are predominant in the MTZ of the Kop ophiolite,and they are locally interlayered with chromitites and enclose minor bodies of harzburgites near the petrological Moho boundary.Large Fe isotopic variations were observed for magnesiochromite(-0.14‰to 0.06‰)and olivine(-0.12‰to 0.14‰)from the MTZ chromitites,dunites and harzburgites.In individual dunite samples,magnesiochromite usually has lighter Fe isotopic compositions than olivine,which was probably caused by subsolidus Mg-Fe exchange between the two mineral phases.Both magnesiochromite and olivine display an increasing trend ofδ56Fe along a profile from chromitite todunite.This trend reflects continuous fractional crystallization in a magma chamber,which resulted in heavier Fe isotopes concentrated in the evolved magmas.In each cumulative cycle of chromitite and dunite,dunite was formed from relatively evolved melts after massive precipitation of magnesiochromite.Mixing of more primitive and evolved melts in the magma chamber was a potential mechanism for triggering the crystallization of magnesiochromite,generating chromitite layers in the cumulate pile.Before mixing happened,the primitive melts had reacted with mantle harzburgites during their ascendance;whereas the evolved melts may lie on the olivine-chromite cotectic near the liquidus field of pyroxene.Variable degrees of magma mixing and differentiation are expected to generate melts with differentδ56Fe values,accounting for the Fe isotopic variations of the Kop MTZ.ZHAGN Pengfei ZHOU Meifu SU Benxun Ibrahim UYSAL Paul T.ROBINSON Erdi AVCI HE Yongsheng 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,S1:3
6Real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in switched reluctance motors with Kohonen neural network显示文摘The faults in switched reluctance motors(SRMs) were detected and diagnosed in real time with the Kohonen neural network. When a fault happens, both financial losses and undesired situations may occur. For these reasons, it is important to detect the incipient faults of SRMs and to diagnose which faults have occurred. In this study, a test rig was realized to determine the healthy and faulty conditions of SRMs. A data set for the Kohonen neural network was created with implemented measurements. A graphical user interface(GUI) was created in Matlab to test the performance of the Kohonen artificial neural network in real time. The data of the SRM was transferred to this software with a data acquisition card. The condition of the motor was monitored by marking the data measured in real time on the weight position graph of the Kohonen neural network. This test rig is capable of real-time monitoring of the condition of SRMs, which are used with intermittent or continuous operation, and is capable of detecting and diagnosing the faults that may occur in the motor. The Kohonen neural network used for detection and diagnosis of faults of the SRM in real time with Matlab GUI was embedded in an STM32 processor. 8Association of inflammation with atrial fibrillation in hyperthyroidism显示文摘The aim of this studywas to evaluate the relationship between inflammation and development of atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 65 patients with newly diagnosed hyperthyroidism, 35 of whom were in sinus rhythm and 30 of whom in AF. Thirty five age- and gender-matched patients in a control group were included in the study. Factors associated with the development of AF were evaluated by multivariate regression analysis. Results Factors associated with AF in multivariate analysis included high sensitivity C reactive protein (HsCRP) [odds ratio (OR): 11.19; 95% confidence interval (95% CI): 1.80–69.53; P = 0.003],free T4 (OR: 8.76; 95% CI: 2.09–36.7; P = 0.003), and left atrial diameter (OR: 1.25; 95% CI: 1.06–1.47; P = 0.008). 9A new model for chromitite formation in ophiolites: Fluid immiscibility显示文摘Although the involvement of hydrous fluids has been widely invoked in formation of podiform chromitites in ophiolites, there is lack of natural evidence to signify the role and mechanism of fluids. In this study, a new model for the genesis of podiform chromitite is proposed on basis of revisits of comprehensive petrological, mineralogical and geochemical results of the well-preserved K?z?lda? ophiolite and the well-characterized Luobusa chromite deposit. In this model, ascending magmas intruding oceanic lithospheric mantle would presumably form a series of small magma chambers continuously connected by conduits. Tiny chromite nuclei would collect fluids dispersed in such magmas to form nascent droplets. They tend to float upward in the magma chamber and would be easily transported upward by flowing magmas. Chromite-rich droplets would be enlarged via coalescence of dispersed droplets during mingling and circulation in the magma chamber and/or transport in magma conduits. Crystallization of the chromite-rich liquid droplets would proceed from the margin of the droplet inward, leaving liquid entrapped within grains as precursor of mineral inclusions. With preferential upward transportation, immiscible chromite-rich liquids would coalesce to a large pool in a magma chamber. Large volumes of chromite would crystallize in situ, forming podiform chromitite and resulting in fluid enrichment in the chamber. The fluids would penetrate and compositionally modify ambient dunite and harzburgite, leading to significant fractionations of elemental and isotopic compositions between melts and fluids from which dunite and chromitite respectively formed. 10Horizontal transmission of hepatitis B virus in children with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM: To determine the possible routes of intrafamilial transmission pattern in pediatric cases of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.METHODS: In this descriptive retrospective study, 302 children with chronic HBV infection from 251 families and their parents attending the Social Security Children's Hospital and Doctor Sami Ulus Children's Hopsital in Ankara between December 1998 and May 2000, were enrolled in. Screenings and diagnosis of chronic HBV infections were established according to the Consensus 2000.RESULTS: In the studied 302 children with chronic HBV infection, mothers of 38% and fathers of 23% were HBsAg positive. The HBsAg positivity in at least two siblings of the same family was 61% when both parents were HBsAg positive.CONCLUSION: It is well known that horizontal transmission is quite common in countries where Hepatitis B Virus is moderately endemic. To our best knowledge, this is the largest series observed regarding the horizontal transmission in pediatric chronic HBV infection in Turkey. 15土耳其西部新生代斑岩成矿岩浆氧逸度-挥发份元素组成演化特征--来自锆石和磷灰石组成约束显示文摘特提斯成矿域中段的土耳其西部集中产出了与俯冲、碰撞-后碰撞、伸展动力学背景有关的斑岩型铜、钼、金矿床。前人已完成了针对这些斑岩型矿床构造背景的大量研究工作,但对于区内不同构造背景下斑岩型矿床的成矿岩浆源区性质、成矿元素-挥发分含量和成矿物质演化关系尚未有系统研究。而这些研究将对认识中特提斯构造域晚白垩世以来在新特提斯洋俯冲、欧亚板块-Tauride-Anatolide板块碰撞和伸展过程中斑岩矿床形成时地壳厚度、壳幔相互作用方式及成矿物质演化过程具有重要意义。本研究选择土耳其西段三个斑岩成矿带(Tavşanl带、Biga半岛成矿带和Afyon-Konya带)内五个斑岩型矿床的成矿岩体与同期侵入岩-火山岩,开展锆石微量元素和磷灰石主量元素研究,限定碰撞与伸展环境下斑岩型矿床成矿岩浆的形成温度、氧逸度条件及其与岩浆形成时地壳厚度的关系,利用磷灰石F-Cl-S含量组成揭示熔体挥发分和硫元素的物质组成,进而约束新特提斯洋俯冲-碰撞-伸展过程中斑岩系统的深部物质演化规律。研究结果表明,土耳其西部新生代斑岩型矿床成矿岩浆锆石大部分落于高水含量-高氧逸度区间,具有相似的稀土元素标准化配分曲线。从始新世到中新世,锆石氧逸度Ce 4+/Ce 3+比值呈现出先降低(斑岩型Cu-Mo矿到斑岩型Mo矿)后升高(斑岩型Mo-Cu矿到斑岩Au矿)的趋势,且相对于斑岩型Mo矿和Mo-Cu矿,斑岩型Au矿和Cu-Mo矿成矿岩体的锆石形成时具有相对较高的氧逸度。绝大部分斑岩型矿床成矿岩体的锆石Eu N/Eu N*位于0.4~0.7之间,但斑岩型Mo矿和斑岩型Mo-Cu矿床的锆石具有相对较低的Eu N/Eu N*比值,可能是由于在结晶时熔体受斜长石结晶影响较大。锆石微量元素显示(Yb/Gd和Hf/Y-Th/U)锆石组成大部分受岩浆房中角闪石±榍石±磷灰石分离结晶控制。根据锆石Ti温度计估算土耳其西部斑岩型矿床成矿岩体及其相关岩体的形成温度在650~900℃之间,结晶温度从斑岩型Au矿、斑岩型Cu-Mo/Mo-Cu矿至斑岩型Mo矿呈现递减趋势。对于熔体的挥发分与硫含量组成,始新世-渐新世斑岩型Cu-Mo与Mo矿床成矿岩浆相对具有高F和低Cl组成,中新世伸展环境形成的斑岩型Mo-Cu矿和斑岩型Au矿床成矿岩浆Cl含量普遍较高。与成矿岩体同期的暗色包体或基性岩脉中磷灰石计算获得的熔体硫含量均大于侵入体对应熔体的硫含量,且具有不均一的含量组成,表明基性岩浆注入可能为岩浆房提供硫。结合区域动力学和地壳厚度估算,本文认为触发土耳其西部新生代斑岩矿床形成的动力学机制是:在新特提斯洋向北单向汇聚的背景下,北部始新世-渐新世斑岩矿床受控于碰撞后俯冲的新特提斯洋板片(Vardar洋)后撤-回转-断离过程;南部中新世斑岩矿床的形成则受控于爱琴海板片俯冲控制的地壳伸展-减薄过程。北侧Izmir-Ankara-Erzincan缝合带附近的Tavşanl与Biga半岛斑岩成矿带始新世-渐新世斑岩型矿床的形成与熔融-同化-储存-均一过程(MASH)有关,深部地壳热区过程(DCHZ)与中新世Afyon-Konya带斑岩型矿床的形成有关。赵俊兴 苏本勋 UYSAL I brahim AYDIN Faruk 肖燕 SEN Cuneyt 回凯旋 秦克章 2021岩石学报2021,37,8:2
16前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用(英文)显示文摘目的:研究前房注射头孢呋辛对术后眼内炎的预防作用。方法:回顾性研究6 099例行超声乳化白内障手术的年龄相关性白内障患者。对照组,2001-10/2004-05,3 075例3 075眼行白内障手术未用眼内抗生素,实验组,2004-06/2007-04,3 024例3 024眼术中前房用0.1mL含1mg的头孢呋辛。两组的术前预防措施和手术步骤相同。结果:对照组和实验组分别有13(0.42%)和4(0.13%)例患者发生术后眼内炎[P=0.031;OR =3.20(1.04-9.84)]。两组发生术后眼内炎的平均时间分别是术后30(3 ~75)d和25(2 ~35)d(P=0.35)。研究细菌感染,实验组,烟曲菌和铜绿假单胞菌对头孢呋辛耐药,而肺炎链球菌对头孢呋辛敏感。未发现前房运用头孢呋辛的毒性和过敏性症状。结论:预防性前房运用头孢呋辛是安全的,可以预防术后细菌性眼内炎。然而抗生素抗菌谱窄和抗生素耐药性的可能性需要考虑。Güngr Sobaci Yusuf Uysal Fatih M Mutlu Atilla Bayer Rιza Gungor Suat Karagul 2009国际眼科杂志2009,9,8:2
