6Expression analysis of a-smooth muscle actin and tenascin-C in the periodontal ligament under orthodontic loading or in vitro culture显示文摘α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) and tenascin-C are stress-induced phenotypic features of myofibroblasts. The expression levels of these two proteins closely correlate with the extracellular mechanical microenvironment. We investigated how the expression of α-SMA and tenascin-C was altered in the periodontal ligament(PDL) under orthodontic loading to indirectly reveal the intrinsic mechanical microenvironment in the PDL. In this study, we demonstrated the synergistic effects of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and mechanical tensile or compressive stress on myofibroblast differentiation from human periodontal ligament cells(h PDLCs). The h PDLCs under higher tensile or compressive stress significantly increased their levels of α-SMA and tenascin-C compared with those under lower tensile or compressive stress. A similar trend was observed in the tension and compression areas of the PDL under continuous light or heavy orthodontic load in rats. During the time-course analysis of expression, we observed that an increase in α-SMA levels was matched by an increase in tenascin-C levels in the PDL under orthodontic load in vivo. 7饲料中添加蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分利用率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响显示文摘试验在饲喂玉米、高粱为主的肉鸡日粮中补充大豆,并添加蛋白酶,研究蛋白酶对肉鸡性能、养分消化率、肠道形态和胴体品质的影响。试验选取1日龄AA肉仔鸡(43.8±1.31 g)256只,均为公鸡,随机分配到2×2试验设计方阵中,方阵包括正常组(玉米组和高粱组)和蛋白酶组(空白组和添加蛋白酶150 mg·kg^(-1)的试验组)。试验1~21 d为第一阶段,22~42 d为第二阶段。试验结果表明,第二阶段中,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著提高肉鸡的平均日增重(ADG,P<0.01),在整个试验过程中显著提高(P<0.05)。在各个时期,正常组对肉鸡生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05)。19~21 d时,添加蛋白酶可显著提高肉鸡的表观代谢能(AME),干物质(DM)、总能量(GE)和养分消化率(P<0.05)。此外,日粮以高粱为主时,AME、GE消化率有降低趋势(P=0.05),氮沉积率也有降低趋势(P=0.08)。40~42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶可显著提高AME,DM、GE和氮沉积率(P<0.05)。21 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶极显著增加肠绒毛高度、肠绒毛与隐窝深度比值,极显著降低十二指肠、空肠、回肠的隐窝深度(P<0.01)。42 d时,日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加空肠肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值,显著降低隐窝深度(P<0.05)。日粮中添加蛋白酶显著增加胸肌重、24 h p H,显著降低胸肌的滴水损失(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,饲养阶段日粮中添加复合蛋白酶可提高肉鸡ADG;在第一阶段可改善AME、DM、GE和氮沉积率和肠道形态。补充蛋白酶可提高出栏重、胸肌重和24 h pH,降低胸肌的滴水损失。低单宁高粱日粮与玉米日粮相比,对肉鸡性能的影响相近。Xu X Wang H L Pan L Ma X K Tian Q Y Xu Y T Long S F Zhang Z H Piao X S 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:2
