1Estimation of carbon sinks in chemical weathering in a humid subtropical mountainous basin显示文摘The fluvial geochemistry of the mainstream and tributaries of the Zengjiang River was investigated,and the mass balance approach and deduction methods were used to estimate the uptake of atmospheric CO2 through rock chemical weathering.The results showed that the chemical runoff mainly consisted of HCO3-,Ca2+,Na+,and dissolved Si,and that silicate mineral weathering was significant,but carbonate mineral weathering was a minor source of dissolved loads in the Zengjiang River basin because of the low amount of interlayered carbonate rock strata in the catchment.The ion composition indicated that atmospheric CO2 was the primary erosive agent for rock chemical weathering in the Zengjiang River basin.The CO2 consumption fluxes caused by rock chemical weathering were(3.50-3.81) × 105 mol km-2 a-1,which is just lower than that in tropical and subtropical basalt and carbonate regions,and is much higher than that in temperate and cold-temperate regions,indicating that surficial chemical weathering processes in the humid and hot monsoon current influencing the low-middle latitude zone of the Northern Hemisphere constitutes a significant carbon sink in the global biogeochemical cycle.TAO Zhen GAO QuanZhou WANG ZhenGang ZHANG ShengHua XIE ChenJi LIN PeiSong RUAN XiaoBing LI ShuHong MAO HaiRuo 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,35:15
2Antitumor effects of an engineered and energized fusion protein consisting of an anti-CD20 scFv fragment and lidamycin显示文摘Antibody-based fusion proteins are the next generation of antibody therapies for cancer and other diseases.CD20 antigen,which is overexpressed on cell membranes in nearly 95% of cases of B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma,is an attractive target for the therapy of B-lymphoid malignancies.Lidamycin (LDM) is a potent enediyne-containing antitumor antibiotic that now has entered phase II clinical trials.In this study,we prepared an engineered fusion protein,scFv-LDP,consisting of an anti-CD20 scFv fragment and the apoprotein LDP of LDM using DNA recombination.After purification and refolding,scFv-LDP was found to bind specifically to CD20-positive lymphoma cells using ELISA and indirect immunofluorescent cytochemical staining assays.The energized fusion protein scFv-LDP-AE was obtained using molecular reconstitution of the active chromophore AE of LDM and scFv-LDP.MTT assay revealed potent cytotoxicity of scFv-LDP-AE to CD20-positive Raji and Daudi cells,with IC 50 values of 1.21×10-11 and 6.24×10-11 mol L-1,respectively.An in vivo subcutaneous xenograft model of CD20-positive B cell lymphoma in BALB/c (nu/nu) mice was also utilized.Drugs were given intravenously on day 14 and 21 after tumor transplantation.In terms of maximal tolerated doses,scFv-LDP-AE at 0.3 mg kg-1 suppressed tumor growth by 79.3%,and LDM at 0.05 mg kg-1 by 68.6% (P<0.05).Results suggested scFv-LDP-AE could be a potential candidate for tumor-targeting therapy.FANG Hong MIAO QingFang ZHANG ShengHua CHENG Xin XIONG DongSheng ZHEN YongSu 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,3:6
3Effect of interaction between different CeO_(2)plane and platinum nanoparticles on catalytic activity of Pt/CeO_(2)in toluene oxidation显示文摘The plane exposure of support vitally affects the catalytic performance of the catalyst.In this work,CeO_(2)nanorods((110)plane exposure),nano-octahedrons((111)plane exposure)and nano-cubes((100)plane exposure)were prepared as the supports of Pt/CeO_(2)samples to investigate the effect of CeO_(2)plane exposure on total toluene oxidation.Characterizations reveal that the(110)plane of CeO_(2)is more helpful to the dispersion of Pt species,followed by(111)face.The improved dispersion of Pt species can enhance the metal-supports interaction,which promotes the electron transfer of CeO_(2)carrier to Pt nanoparticles and the adsorption-activation of O_(2),thereby facilitating the total oxidation of toluene via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism.Therefore,Pt/CeO_(2)-r(nanorods)sample expresses excellent catalytic performance of toluene oxidation.Finally,the procedure of toluene total oxidation was studied by in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform(DRIFT)spectroscopy.We expect that this work can contribute to the development of an effective sample for the decomposition of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).Shengsheng Chang Yong jia Yiqing Zeng Fuping Qian Lina Guo Shenghua Wu Jinli Lu Yunlong Han 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,11:6
4Surface Acidity/Basicity and Catalytic Reactivity of CeO2/7-Al2O3 Catalysts for the Oxidative Dehydrogenation of Ethane with Carbon Dioxide to Ethylene显示文摘Dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene in CO2 was investigated over CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts at 700℃ in a conventional flow reactor operating at atmospheric pressure. XRD, BET and microcalorimetric adsorption techniques were used to characterize the structure and surface acidity/basicity of the CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts. The results show that the surface acidity decreased while the surface basicity increased after the addition of CeO2 to γ-Al2O3. Accordingly, the activity of the hydrogenation reaction of CO2 increased, which might be responsible for the enhanced conversion in the dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene. The highest ethane conversion obtained was about 15% for the 25%CeO2/γ-Al2O3. The selectivity to ethylene was high for all the CeO2, γ-Al2O3 and CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts.Xin Ge, Shenghua Hu, Qing Sun. 5Investigation of tribological performances of MCMB显示文摘Tribological properties of Meso-carbon Microbeads (MCMB) powders as a special addi-tive in pentaerythritol were investigated on an Optimal SRV tribotester at 300℃. The coarsely dis-persed lubricant system demonstrates fine lubricious effectiveness at the operation temperature.The friction coefficient dropped from 0.2 to circa 0.12 in the presence of MCMB in pentaerythritolfor the No.45 carbon steel tribomate. 7Verticality Detection Algorithm Based on Local Image Sharpness Criterion显示文摘In the high precision image measurement system,the verticality error between the axis of the shooting system and the measured object can bring error of the measurement result.The high demand of the system’s vertical degree is raised by measure system due to the demands of high precision and disposable full field imaging in the micro-parts imaging measurement.The existing method of optical axis verticality detection cannot meet the demand all.In order to achieve the high-precision adjustment of the system optical axis,the algorithm of detecting verticality based on regional image definition is proposed.First,the objected standard image is divided into fixed area.Then,the object plane is moved from the downside to the upside of the focus plane,meanwhile,recording the definition function values of each standard image region at each step,and fitting out the clearest positions of the regions.Finally,according to the inter-regional relations between the locations and the height difference of the each regional clearest position,the small angle between the optical axis and the measured surface can be calculated.The experiment is based on the given image of lithography template with the scale of 10 μm as move unit,and the results show that this method effective reduced the small angle between the system optical axis and the measured body in high-precision image measuring system,the evaluation accuracy is less than 0.1°,meeting the requirements in high-precision measurement.The proposed method of detecting verticality based on regional image definition can evaluate the verticality error between the axis of the shooting system and the measured object accurately,effectively and conveniently.ZHANG Jin WANG Zhong YE Shenghua YANG Chun LI Lin 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,1:5

9Target detection for low angle radar based on multi-frequency order-statistics显示文摘For radar targets flying at low altitude, multiple pathways produce fade or enhancement relative to the level that would be expected in a free-space environment. In this paper, a new detection method based on a wide-ranging multi-frequency radar for low angle targets is proposed. Sequential transmitting multiple pulses with different frequencies are first applied to decorrelate the coherence of the direct and reflected echoes. After receiving all echoes,the multi-frequency samples are arranged in a sort descending according to the amplitude. Some high amplitude echoes in the same range cell are accumulated to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and the optimal number of high amplitude echoes is analyzed and given by experiments. 10Molecular Weight Controllable Degradation of Laminaria japonica Polysaccharides and Its Antioxidant Properties显示文摘In this study, molecular weight controllable degradation of algal Laminaria japonica polysaccharides(LPS) was investigated by ultrasound combined with hydrogen peroxide. Three main factors, i.e., ultrasonic power(A), ultrasonic time(B), and H_2O_2 concentration(C) were chosen for optimizing parameters by employing three-factors, three-levels BBD. The influence of degradation on structure change and antioxidant activities was also investigated. A second-order polynomial equation including molecular weight(Y) of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides and each variable parameter, i.e., ultrasonic power(A), ultrasonic time(B), and H_2O_2 concentration(C), was established: Y=20718.67-4273.13A-4000.38B-1438.75C+2333.25AB+1511.00AC+873.00BC+2838.29A^2 + 2490.79B^2+873.04C^2. The equation regression coefficient value(R^2 = 0.969) indicated that this equation was valid. The value of the adjusted determination coefficient(adjusted R^2 = 0.914) also confirmed that the model was highly significant. The results of selected experimental degradation conditions matched with the predicted value. FT-IR spectra revealed that the structures of LPS before and after degradation were not significantly changed. Antioxidant activities of LPS revealed that low Mws possessed stronger inhibitory than the original polysaccharides. 12Transformation of plant young proembryos by electroporation显示文摘It is first reported that plant young proembryos expressed exogenous reporter genes by electroporation. Young proembryos with 8-32 cells and globular proembryos with 250-400 cells could be isolated by enzymatic maceration combined with microdissection. After electroporation with GUS or GFP genes, the proembryos were cultured for 1 -2 d in KM8p medium. At the field strength of electroporation 500-1 500 V/cm, blue reaction of GUS or green fluorescence of GFP could be observed in the proembryos. The highest transient expression frequency of young proembryos (2.2%) was obtained at the field strength of 750 V/cm, whereas the highest frequency of globular proembryos (5.9%) was obtained at the field strength of 1 250 V/cm. 15Effects of forced aeration on community dynamics of free and attached bacteria in copper sulphide ore bioleaching显示文摘Bacterial community dynamics and copper leaching with applied forced aeration were investigated during low-grade copper sulphide bioleaching to obtain better bioleaching efficiency.Results illustrated that appropriate aeration improved bacterial concentrations and leaching efficiencies.The highest bacterial concentration and Cu^(2+)concentration after 14-d leaching were 7.61×10^(7) cells·mL^(−1) and 704.9 mg·L^(−1),respectively,at aeration duration of 4 h·d^(−1).The attached bacteria played a significant role during bioleaching from 1 to 7 d.However,free bacteria dominated the bioleaching processes from 8 to 14 d.This phenomenon was mainly caused by the formation of passivation layer through Fe3+hydrolysis along with bioleaching,which inhibited the contact between the attached bacteria and ore.Meanwhile,16S rDNA analysis verified the effect of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans on the bioleaching process.The results demonstrate the importance of free and attached bacteria in bioleaching.Wei Chen Shenghua Yin I.M.S.K.Ilankoon 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,1:3

18The metastable constituent effects on size-dependent deformation behavior of nanolaminated micropillars: Cu/FeCoCrNi vs Cu/CuZr显示文摘Metastable high entropy alloys(HEAs) and amorphous metallic glasses(MGs), with the chemical disordered character, are intensively studied due to their excellent performance. Here, we introduce Cu to separately constrain these two metastable materials and comparatively investigate their deformation behaviors and mechanical properties of Cu/HEA Fe Co Cr Ni and Cu/MG Cu Zr nanolaminated micropillars in terms of intrinsic layer thickness h and extrinsic pillar diameter D. The metastable HEA layers, as the hard phase in Cu/HEA micropillars, are stable and dominate the deformation, while transformation(crystallization) occurs in MG which plays a minor role in deformation of Cu/MG micropillars. The h-controlled deformation mode transits from the D-independent homogenous-like deformation at large h to the Ddependent shear banding at small h in both Cu/HEA and Cu/MG micropillars. Although both Cu/HEA and Cu/MG micropillars exhibit a maximum strain hardening capability controlled by h, the former manifests much lower hardening capability compared with the latter. The intrinsic size h and extrinsic size D have a strong coupling effect on the strength of Cu/HEA and Cu/MG micropillars. The strength of strength of Cu/HEA micropillars exhibits the D-dependent transition from 'smaller is stronger' to 'smaller is weaker'with increasing h. 20Effect of Lamb Age and in vitro Culture System of Oocytes on JIVET Technology显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the effects of lamb age and in vitro culture system of oocytes on the results of juvenile in vitro embryo transfer( JIVET). [Methods]Ten Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs aged 5 to 10 weeks were induced to superovulate via i. p. injection of pregnant mare's serum gonadotropin( PMSG). The oocytes were matured in basal maturation solution or modified maturation solution,which was prepared by adding 200 μmol/L cysteine to the basal maturation solution. Then,the oocytes were fertilized in fertilization medium I containing 2% estrus sheep serum( ESS) or fertilization medium II containing 3 mg/ml bull serum albumin( BSA). Finally,the number of oocytes,oocyte maturation rate and cleavage rate of the lambs of different ages were determined. [Results]The average number of oocytes recovered per lamb was( 111. 00 ± 16. 97),( 139. 50 ± 28. 99),( 108. 50 ± 17. 68) and( 42. 00 ± 11. 31) for5-,7-,8-and 10-week-old Dorper × small-tailed Han lambs,respectively. The number of oocytes obtained from 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs was significantly higher than that from 10-week-old lambs( P < 0. 05),but there was no significant difference among 5-,7-and 8-week-old lambs( P > 0. 05). The maturation rate of oocytes cultured in modified maturation solution was 3. 64% higher than that in basal maturation solution. The cleavage rate of oocytes in fertilization medium I was very significantly higher than that in fertilization medium II( P < 0. 01).
