| 1 | 盐胁迫对亚麻荠幼苗生理生化指标的影响显示文摘为了研究盐胁迫对亚麻荠幼苗生理生化的影响,通过水培NaCl盐胁迫试验,分别测定盐胁迫下叶片萎蔫数目,叶片相对含水量,单株鲜质量和干质量等形态指标,以及一些关键的生理指标,包括在不同水平盐胁迫下以及复水后亚麻荠叶片和根的相对电导率,丙二醛(MDA),可溶性蛋白,超氧阴离子(O-2)和3种抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性的变化。结果表明:盐胁迫严重影响植物的生长参数,造成植株吸水困难,植物受害程度与盐处理浓度呈正相关;盐胁迫使得植物叶片和根细胞中包括膜相对透性和膜脂过氧化的膜损伤参数改变,表现在随着盐浓度的增加,植物细胞中的相对电导率和MDA水平逐渐上升;可溶性蛋白作为一种渗透调节有机物,在短期的盐胁迫下叶片中可溶性蛋白变化不明显,但在复水后根细胞中可溶性蛋白质量分数上升说明其具有缓解胁迫的作用;盐胁迫导致活性氧的大量积累,同时也迅速激活了活性氧清除酶系统,随着盐胁迫程度的加剧,O-2水平逐渐增加,抗氧化酶SOD、POD和CAT活性先上升后下降;植物面临盐胁迫时,根比叶片敏感,能很快地产生应答,在高盐浓度复水后仍存在较大胁迫,恢复缓慢。 | 李晓雅 赵翠珠 程小军 贾庆利 李长圣 刘明喆 Chaofu Lu 张猛 | 2015 | 西北农业学报2015,24,4: | 24 |
| 2 | SOIL AGGREGATE AND ITS RESPONSE TO LAND MANAGEMENT PRACTICES显示文摘This paper provides a broad review of the existing study on soil aggregate and its responses to land management practices. Soil aggregate is used for structural unit, which is a group of primary soil particles that cohere to each other more strongly than other surrounding particles. The mechanism of soil particle aggregation may be expressed by a hierarchical model, which is based upon the hypothesis that macroaggregates (>250 μm) are collections of smaller microaggregates (<250 μm) held together with organic binding agents. Primary particles form microaggregates and then macroaggregates. Carbon (C)-rich young plant residues form and stabilize macroaggregates, whereas old organic C is occluded in the microaggregates. The interaction of aggregate dynamics with soil organic carbon (SOC) is complex and embraces a range of spatial and temporal processes within macroaggregates and microaggregates. The nature and properties of aggregates are determined by the quantity and quality of coarse residues and humic compounds and by the degree of their interaction with soil particles. The mechanisms resulting in the binding of primary soil particles into stable aggregates vary with soil parent material, climate, vegetation, and land management practices. Land management prac- tices, including tillage methods, residue management, amendments, and soil fertility management, enhance soil aggre- gation. | 3 | Land use change and its corresponding ecological responses:a review显示文摘This paper reviews the research on land use change and its corresponding ecological responses. Patterns of land use changes in spatio-temporal level are produced by the interaction of biophysical and socio-economic processes. Nowadays, the studies derived from different socioeconomic conditions and scales show that at short-term scale, human activities, rather than natural forces, have become a major force in shaping the environment, while biophysical factors control the trends and processes of land use change under the macro environmental background. | 4 | Mountain Land Use Planning of Metropolitan Suburbs:the Case of the Jinyun Mountain and Its Surrounding area,Chongqing,China显示文摘Open space of metropolitan suburbs in mountain region,has been increasingly becoming the coupling mosaic structure of industrial actions and landscape behaviors. However,the local governments,when making land use planning,often aim at economic development,and rarely refer to the coordination of compatibilities and conflicts between industrial actions and landscape behaviors in the mosaic structure. In this study land use in the Jinyun Mountain and its surrounding area,Chongqing is adjusted by gray multi-objective programming approach and local-level decision-making process to cope with conflicts between objectives for human welfare and objectives for landscape conservation. The results indicate that: 1) the compatibilities and conflicts among different behavior characters and different landscape types result in the compatibilities of landscape to human behavior;2) a land use planning in the study area is produced based on the sustainable land use and social-eco development,which pays more attention to the resources and environment constraints and economic objectives,and follows the distribution law of rare resources;3) in the study area,cultivated land of 1,207.27 ha can meet the demands for food and byproducts by the residents there,orchard land and forestland of 632.55 ha,2,276.61 ha,respectively can provide enough space for the local people to improve their living structure and meet their demands for recreational activities,and urban residential land,rural residential land,mining land and transportation land of 1,107.60 ha,120.27 ha,162.48 ha,100.91 ha,respectively can satisfy the resident’s economic development and infrastructures;4) the equilibrium among industrial actions,landscape accessibility and ecological conservation can be obtained by analyzing the possible impacts of human activities on landscape ecological process in open space of metropolitan suburbs in mountain areas. | SHAO Jingan WEI Chaofu XIE Deti | 2005 | Journal of Mountain Science2005,2,2: | 14 |
| 5 | Classification and Gradation of Cultivated Land Quality in Bishan County of Chongqing, China显示文摘The conflicts among food security, economic development and ecological protection are the “sticking point” of undeveloped southwestern mountainous areas of China. The objectives of this study are to identify appropriate inte- grated indicators influencing the classification and gradation of cultivated land quality in the southwestern mountainous area of China based on semi-structure interview, and to promote the monitoring of cultivated land quality in this region. Taking Bishan County of Chongqing as a study case, the integrated indicators involve the productivity, protection, ac- ceptability, and stability of cultivated land. The integrated indicators accord with the characteristics of land resources and human preference in southwestern mountainous area of China. In different agricultural zones, we emphasize different indicators, such as emphasizing productivity, stabilization and acceptability in low hilly and plain agricultural integrative zone (LHP-AIZ), protection, productivity and stability in low mountain and hill agro-forestry ecological zone (LMH-AEZ), and acceptability in plain outskirts integrative agricultural zone (PO-IAZ), respectively. The pronounced difference of classification and gradation of cultivated land, regardless of inter-region or intra-region, is observed, with the reducible rank from PO-IAZ, LHP-AIZ to LMH-AEZ. Research results accord with the characteristics of assets management and intensive utilization of cultivated land resources in the southwestern mountainous area of China. Semi-structure interview adequately presents the principal agent of farmers in agricultural land use and rural land market. | 6 | Effects of land use patterns on soil aggregate stability in Sichuan Basin,China显示文摘Soil aggregate stability as a key indicator of soil structure,is a product of interactions between soil environment,management practices,and land use patterns.The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of various land use patterns on soil aggregate stability in Sichuan Basin of southwestern China.The dry-and water-stable aggregate size distributions were determined by manual dry sieving procedure and Yoder's wet sieving procedure,respectively,while microaggregates and its mechanical and chemical stabilities by Kachisky's method,oscillator method,and citrate-dithionate(C-D) reagent method,separately.The results indicated that fractal dimension and surface fractal dimension were useful indicators to reflect soil aggregate distribution.Land use patterns have an obvious influence on soil aggregate stability.In the study area,water stability,mechanical stability,and chemical stability followed the sequence,Barren land > forestland > orchard > cropland,and the original stability and collapse velocity were sensitive to soil properties and soil structure.The difference of aggregate stability under different land use patterns is mainly due to the intensity of human disturbance and cultivation.Improper land use patterns will lead to breakdown of unstable aggregates,producing finer and more-easily transportable particles and microaggregates.In the future,inappropriate cultivation and land use patterns should be changed to protect soil structure,to improve soil aggregate stability and soil fertility in Sichuan Basin. | Zhen Zhang Chaofu Wei Deti Xie Ming Gao Xibai Zeng | 2008 | Particuology2008,6,3: | 9 |
| 7 | Effects of Land Management Practices on Labile Organic Carbon Fractions in Rice Cultivation显示文摘A research trial with four land management practices, i.e., traditional tillage-fallow (TTF), traditional tillage-wheat (TTW), conservation tillage-fallow (CTF) and conservation tillage-wheat (CTW), was sampled in the 15th year after its establishment to assess the effects of different management practices on labile organic carbon fractions (LOCFs), such as easily oxidizable organic carbon (EOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC), particulate organic carbon (POC) and microbial biomass carbon (MBC) in a typical paddy soil, Chongqing, Southwest China. The results indicated that LOCFs were significantly influenced by the combination of no-tillage, ridge culture and crop rotation. And, different combination patterns showed different effectiveness on soil LOCFs. The effects of no-tillage, ridge culture and wheat cultivation on EOC, DOC, POC and MBC mainly happened at 0-10cm. At this depth, soil under CTW had higher EOC, DOC, POC and MBC contents, compared to TTF, TTW and CTF, respectively. Moreover, the contents of LOCFs for different practices generally decreased when the soil depth increased.
